Brenda was excellent. Very sweet and great at what she does. Her service, professionalism and price are unmatched only person I will be going to from now on happy I was referred to her my hair never looked this great been getting compliments non stop. and her appointment times are flexible.

Brenda it's Anna the way my highlights grew out are extremely ugly even the color.I went to someone else and they showed me a huge section of untouched hair. You've always done so good on leaving it healthy and blonde but this time after 10+ plus years its unfortunately becoming an expectancy of what Im not happy with.The picture I have for my Google profile was the last time you did a good job but even then there were pieces that looked sloppy. I won't be looking for you anymore. Thank you for the times you did a good job.

Happened to be at Manchester mall looking for some shoes for a special occasion and I had some time to kill so I decided to walk around since I heard the mall has changed recently. I stumbled upon this beauty shop and it was honestly heaven sent. I needed someone to do my daughter's hair for our event and everyone I tried didn't have available appointments for a while. I checked their Instagram and found their link to make an appointment. It was super easy and I'm glad I found them. My daughter's happy with the results we will be visiting them again

Poor communication skills . Told me one thing on when making appointment as If i was going to get what I wanted . Then while at my appointment towards the end Im being told I won’t get the desired look I asked for. Yet still being charged the amount they gave me when booked as if I was getting what I wanted . Then once I leave review they still can’t fix/make it look how I wanted it . They just offer to rebleach hair for additional money. If you knew you weren’t going to be able to achieve the look I wanted when consulting ,that should have been MENTIONED BEFORE booking . But nothing was said . I was given a price to pay for how I told them I wanted it so idk why you guys wanna charge more “to get it how I want”knowing it was something you couldn’t . All ima say is I was left with very ugly hair .

What I asked for (the one that says “AFTER”) VS what I got.. I mean it’s self explanatory not at all what I wanted . I’ve done my hair enough to know that it was possible to get it like this . I haven’t died my hair in over 5 years so I walked in with all virgin black hair minis about 3-4 small highlights I did years back( not that it makes a difference) anyways bleaching virgin hair shouldn’t be a problem from EXPERIENCE. but the lady didn’t leave bleach long enough for it to lighten to blonde or a light level she only got it in to get to a caramel brown,washed it and toned it . My hair just looks grown out. No where near grey looks brown. She told me that the picture I showed her was a balayage yet I told her I want it that my whole hair that solid color. and she said okay that she would just leave the roots my natural color. * which I said ok, because i was thinking it would look like the picture with about an inch or so of roots* idk what more to say other than I don’t feel like I should of paid knowing this wasn’t what I wanted. But I guess that’s my fault for not saying anything because apparently that’s the lightest it’s getting until I go for a second session .(which is not true , every other time my hairs been bleached it no where ever looked brown I always been able to get the lightest blonde ) I just regret dying it. I feel like just going back to black , because now that it’s bleaches it’s going to be a lot to wait to rebleach and damage my hair .
