Be aware if Fiesta sells you 3rd party insurance through them, Not worth it, they gave me Trion insurance and they are very unprofessional and uncaring. Got my car stolen and called them and haven't heard from them for over 5 weeks! Been calling and leaving messages, still no response! Don't know what's going on, cuz they don't answer. Been without no car for over 6 weeks now! They sure call you to take your money but they're not there when you need your car fix!

Buyer Beware!!!! Brokers try to rip you off by charging a $400 broker fee! When I said hell NO!! I don’t think so Esther! Then all of a sudden the broker fee drops to $300 then $200 . Shame on you Fiesta insurance! Charging a $400 dollar service fee (let’s be real this is them tipping themselves and calling it a “brokers fee) for $78 a month insurance??? If this has happened to you I encourage you to leave a review, with the brokers name , then report them to the better business bureau.
