I came to get my taxes done about a month ago the girl who helped me was nice but she kept falling asleep while she was doing my taxes I kept asking her r u sure your ok to do my taxes or does someone else need to help me.. sure enough her head kept on bopping down falling asleep… I had a bad feeling about this but I didn’t say anything I didn’t want her to get in trouble.I came back and told the store manager but she really didn’t say much she just stayed quiet . I have been doing my taxes here for 3 years not coming back and I’m changing my insurance somewhere else.

Glad my experience was amazing thanks to Andrea she was so helpful, kind and informative. This was my first year doing my taxes at fiesta and I will definitely be coming back. Takes longer than they're suppose too. They talk more than complete actual assignments with other customers. Been sitting for over 10+ mins, there's only 2 workers that been talking and taking they're sweet time.

This business charges you ridiculous high broker fee and they are paying for review which is against the law and they don’t even disclose how much they are charging you for broker fee so PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECIEPT before you sign anything or ask how much is the broker fee and how much money is going toward the insurance ask for a break down before you pay I don’t recommend this car insurance… They didn’t wanted to refund me my money after being with them for 7 years they don’t care about their customer just their commission and make sales (money) im never going back to them ever again and never recommending this insurance to anybody
