I see lot of bad reviews here for Fidelity, and I can't comment on any of the other escrow officers, but Adam Turner and James Sweeten are the absolute best in the business. I do quite a few real estate transactions and have dealt with many different title companies over the years, but I can say hands down Adam and James are always my go-to. Was forced to use Old Republic recently due to sellers preference, and it was night and day when compared to dealing with Adam and James. With Old Republic, I had to follow up with the Escrow Officer several times to get an email reply which is the opposite when compared to Fidelity. Adam and James are EXTREMELY responsive (responses to emails often within minutes) and they are some of the most knowledgeable escrow officers in the business. They are the G.O.A.T.s of the escrow industry in Fresno.

I usually go with Chicago or Placer title companies. For this transaction, the seller requested to go with Fidelity. It was a great experience to work with Leah. I asked a lot of questions and had several concerns, and she took the time to thoughtfully reply to all of them. She was also quick to respond and went out of her way to make sure that I was at ease. Based on this experience, I would choose Fidelity again, and specifically to work with Leah.

I honestly can't rate this place. I felt with them in the past and they were really good to work with. However I called and left a message for a certain person to return a call. It had to do with business and a sale that they would have handled. It's been two weeks and they have failed to return my call.

They were the only option given by my lender. If you have the ability to use another title company stay away from this one! They do not offer military, first responders and law enforcement incentives. Staff is rude and title officers unprofessional.
