Charged me $400 more than originally quoted. They had my car for almost 3 weeks without working on it. Didn't call to give updates, let me know the logistics, or anything. I had to bring in my own part because they were unable to get it (?). Ran and charged a diagnostic without approval or even a call. When asked to explain the bill, service advisor Jorge was extremely rude and kept telling me to "ask my husband". Won't be returning.

Wow. I purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep in 2007. I called today to schedule a repair, and was told that they don't work on cars older than 10 years. I do not think this is a good business practice at all. I was told this is a dealer choice, not manufacturer mandate. Why would a business refuse to work on a vehicle they sold??? They said that they have a difficult time getting parts for cars older than 10 years. Huh??? Makes no sense to me, but I know that I will NOT ever purchase another car from them.

Been waiting for the recall for months and the Lady who answer the phone always sounds like she hates her job every time I call. The other Chrysler location on Herndon are way more respectful.

My fiat 500 abarth keeps having little issues which is annoying enough, but this is always compounded by the realization that I have to deal with Fresno fiat and Chrysler. Everytime I'm forced to bring in my car to this dealership it inevitably turns into an ordeal for even the smallest repair. I'm sick of it! Now my headlights have both gone out, most likely a bad fuse, but when I call in to make an appointment the tell me they don't have an open slot for 20 days! What am I supposed to do!? They don't accept drive up appointments either. I'm telling you EVERYTIME I have to deal with these people it's a mess... Horrid experiences!

I received a recall notice on my 2015 Chrysler 200 in February and called on March the 6th and was told the part was on backorder and there are about 250 cars waiting received a text message in June informing me I have a recall and need to schedule an appointment to complete the recall, called and was told the same thing as I was told in March, received my registration notice stating my registration will due in September and my car will need to pass smog. Was told it won't pass smog. Until the recall is completed by The dealership and was told the same thing still waiting for the repairs and no eta by the dealership.

This place dose not know how to run. Every time I go in they change their steps as for just an oil change- you have to make an appointment to you don't, then back to you have to. This makes the customer look stupid. Now it no service on Saturdays. Lots of people work Monday- Friday and have no room to delegate a vehicle service during the week. Now we have to travel out of our area to get a service at the dealer. I know it's independently owned however random changes like this is very bad business and with no care that people have important jobs as well. Work with the people that buys from you not treating them like a used car lot and act like you don't know what's going on. Bad business here.Update: I spoke with the service manager Wendy which is a very nice lady. She understood my concerns and situation of not being able to do anything during the week. She gave me some really good options to use to get my car serviced in the facility as I do not care to use any other places but the dealerships stations. I do hope that the owner of the company will still wake up and understand that Saturdays are in the most demand for service. Thank you Wendy for the opportunity to work things out due to my hectic schedules.

So I came in last Friday for their EXPRESSLANE oil change service and I was told that I needed to make an appointment. So the service gentleman was kind enough to patch me thru the lady taking appts and I had made one for today 04/24/23 at 8:30 am I arrived early (8:15) and was like second on line and told them I had an 8:30 appt. Paperwork started at 8:30I'm in and out in an hour and a half. Pricy for an oil change BUT they also did the 80,000 mile service BUT most of it was done by myself such as air and cabin filters (K&N), tire rotation (Les Schwab) They did okay

The service advisor took days to respond to calls and had a very passive attitude about everything. It's been 3 weeks waiting for a one use bolt. Overall I have to say I am not impressed by the service or response to our complaints. Such a joke...

If I could give this dealerships customer service department -100 stars I would. I have never written a review like this before. The disrespect that this dealerships customer Department has shown to my son once he drove his brand new truck off the lot is 100% unacceptable. My son is in college and ever since he graduated high school has had multiple jobs at a time to save his money. He bought a brand new 2022 ram truck from Chrysler Fresno four months ago. Within the four months of him having his brand new truck, his check engine light came on multiple times.Every time he took it to the service department he dealt with JF. The lack of compassion, the lack of concern, the lack of responsibility or ownership of the check engine light issues was crazy. I really hate to say that my son was treated the way he was because he is a young black man in his early 20's with dreads. But would he have been treated the same if he was a young man of another color or does JF always have the same disrespect and lack of concern for everyone that he comes in contact with each day? Please tell me how a brand new truck has had 3 three different check engine lights come on within in four months of him having the brand-new truck? How is this OK? How has he not been offered a new truck or the actual issue actually fixed? Is this how Fresno Chrysler treats all their others customers? Why is it just this instance? There seems to be a lot deeper issues going on here than just JF not providing any sort of customer service to resolve my sons issues.I don't even know what else can be said, I will never buy a car from this dealership or refer anyone that I work with to the dealership because this is ridiculous. How is Management Okay with their customers being treated like this? How is Management okay with selling a brand new expensive truck with this many issues and not checking in with a new customer when they can clearly see they've been in three times within four months of buying a truck? How is the customer service department so easy to disregard concerns brought to their attention and has no shame in treating customers as if they're stupid and don't know this is not the norm for a new vehicle ?

I remember I had dropped my Fiat 500 Sport off here to be serviced because the car was having issues every other month so it was needing constant repairs. The day I was suppose to go pick it up. They weren't specific on where I needed to go to get the car so I kinda waited in the front in the parking lot. After about 10 minutes I was greeted by a man who asked me "what do you want?" Like I was inconveniencing him or something. So I told him what I was there for and as he's walking away he tells me "it's over in the next lot" I never felt so dehumanized in my life. Me a paying customer getting treated like that. Not sure if the same individual still works here but if asked, I'd be able to point him out in a second. Luckily I got rid of that car and never been back. Let's just say I'm in the market for a new car and this place will not be getting my buisness. Nice going.

As usual, really very unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. I went there to inquire about an oil change and awkwardly stood there while a guy was on his cell phone and didn’t even greet me or offer help.. I eventually had to ask him if he can help me and he nonchalantly answered my questions and brushed me off to talk to another person. Unimpressed. The only reason I go to this place is due to the fact they’re slightly cheaper than anywhere else.. but they could all take a lesson on friendliness and how to treat customers.Edit 6/3/21: I returned today for my oil change, and after being told I would wait extra long even though I had an appointment, I spoke with Wendy Baker, the service manager. She was extremely helpful, apologetic, and did everything to make things right for me. She, as well as Brittany, who initially checked me in, made me feel like I am still a valued customer and that they heard my concerns and wanted to do something about it. This company has a lot to work on, but I can tell some people are trying to fix things so I have increased my review from 1 to 4 stars because I left satisfied and was assured l can deal directly with these helpful individuals in the future.
