Our experience has been so negative and needlessly so. Our opinion is that we never should have spent thousands of dollars here when other sellers offer the same products and other sellers stand behind their products. In our experience Ferguson doesn't.

Presentations were very nice with many options. Salesmen were not in our faces and gave us plenty of space. Very clean and spacious. A fair warning that this place is higher end on the prices. You will get quality, but at higher prices.

Purchased a refrigerator and I was told that I need to purchase the door handles and a water supply line. I had no choice but to order the door handles through the manufacturer, and bought the water supply line at a local hardware store. But the good thing is I was told I would receive free delivery and installation. Once the refrigerator was delivered, the delivery company removed the refrigerator from the box and pushed the refrigerator into the spot it was going to go into, then left all the cardboard and packing material in the middle of the kitchen stating that they don't take the box and packing materials and they don't appliances. I immediately called Ferguson who confirmed that they don't install, but the delivery service should take the box and materials. The delivery company returned and took the boxes and packing. I wish this was the end of this story, but it's not the refrigerator did come with handles and the water supply line, therefore, I had to return the handles through Ferguson, it been over 2-weeks now and no money returned yet. The water king return a the local hardware store was handles the same day, including getting my money back. While reading the installation directions, it states the refrigerator must be installed by a qualified company representative. Otherwise the warrantee would be void. Wow, this is too much! The Ferguson rep I talked to said she would have the sales rep call me back, but you guessed it, no call back, text or email. Won't be returning to Ferguson.

We went in there a half hour before they closed, and were greeted considerately. A sales person came to help us right away, and we were able to order our in tighter remodel within that 30 minute time span. This isn’t to say that it wasn’t expensive. They have a beautiful show room with many options. But understand that those options come at a cost. However, looking for the same items online Demonstrated minimal price differences. Just know when you’re doing a remodel, everything is expensive.

One of the more challenging home owner obstacles is having your water heater fail beyond repair and suddenly, you become really aware about how much we rely on hot water coming out of the shower or kitchen sink. It's a ton of stress not knowing what to do or who to turn to for getting beyond the challenge. My luck changed for the better when our plumber Scott advised me to purchase a great water heater they have at Fergusons. So I called Fergusons and reached Cathy who was really helpful in finding the Water Heater specified by my plumber and set up an account for me to purchase it. This took stress off me knowing we're actually moving on a fix, I'm talking to somebody that cares we don't have a water heater and she coached me how to go in to Fergusons, what to say, she gave me an account number to use and everything she told me to do was 100% correct when I went in to meet Matt, who was equally caring, knew his business and helped me complete the payment and delivery process and even took the initiative to find somebody that could deliver the unit on a short lead time. All of what I'm saying in appreciation is multiplied by 10 because I was in a tough spot, the 2 Ferguson Employees I worked with were totally concern of my dilemma, they knew their jobs, they were helpful in explaining all aspects of my purchase to help reinforce their credibility and let me go home feeling like I was given awesome level of quality in product and customer service at a reasonable cost.Value = Quality / PriceI have a great plumber in Scott and a wonderful supplier in Ferguson.

My microwave went out within the first 2 weeks of having it but that's not why it's 1 star. They took the broken one with the frame connected to it, and were going to come back with a new one once the electricians tightened up the wiring. That happened. Then I called here to get an appointment set up. They came and told me oh there's supposed to be a frame piece to put the microwave on, we'll figure it out and come back. I said no worries! Then I called to set up an appointment. I did that, another two guys came ready to install the microwave. AGAIN no frame and they made it seem like I lost it. Then I called and lady on the phone said yeah the first guys said they left the whole frame set with the woman at the house. I said no. The lady on the phone basically made it seem like my wife somehow lost this big frame piece and was rude about it. I emailed and called higher up people. Nothing happened. Then I thought to check my camera at the exact date and time... thank god I did. It got this guy walking out with the frame connected to the microwave and I emailed the picture. They finally replaced my damn microwave. I was out of a microwave for two months because of this lying dude. If this is you lmk. Blaming us saying we lost our frame, making us not have a microwave for two months. Hit me up.

Ferguson's showroom staff have to be the least helpful group of sales associates I have ever encountered. They treat customers as an inconvenience.

The warehouse is huge. It's very clean. There's a lot of items. It's mostly higher end but there's a lot of things in there. Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and equipment for all helpful person up front

Terrible security of personal information and customer service entirely lacking. We filled out a credit form (on paper, who still uses that these days?) with these guys and 2 days later my identity was stolen, it appears their computers are hacked or someone on the inside is stealing credit information. Customer service response was essentially "well that sucks".

Josiah is great to work with and listens well. He will steer you to products within your price range and be honest about pros and cons of various appliances. This is a wonderful business with a great selection.

My husband and I visited the storeroom this morning. Wonderful experience. William is very knowledgeable and we were looking at various soaking tubs. He was able to talk about each brand. Impressive! Personable!

I have worked with Amanda Yang on all of my design projects and she has been such a fantastic help. She is extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful with assist in crossover choices and helping me find solutions.
