So now FedEx has moved across the street. Well I had an interview the other day so I figured I'd be able to stop by and print out my resume... Nope.... So I had to print from my laptop and honestly, I'm not too good with a computer. Anyhow the lady watched me get frustrated.... Then from frustrated to just down right ticked the f off. She didn't even offer to help me till I was running out the door with laptop in hand.... I'm gonna have to lower the star rating because I feel customer service is everything.... The first time everything went smooth but this time I was kinda let down because the lady just stood there talking to one of the guys that drives for them..... Next time you see someone struggling.... Not just at work either, in life in general.... Offer a little assistance, what's it gonna hurt???? For that Im gonna give 2 stars.......

Customer service is not good. Am waited 5 minutes at the counter and she didn’t attend me than I said excuse me and instead of helping me she said ‘what’ its a Mexican girl I don’t like there service. I recommend anyone who will visit here don’t ask her for help .

First time and last time I will use this service. I will ship via UPS rather than Fedex.
Pick up service is terrible. I scheduled a pick up for a return item. Fedex gives you a block of 8am - 8pm for pick up. This is absolutely rediculous to expect a person to wait all day on a pick. Better get it together Fedex

Zero stars they charged me $77 dollars to send a letter to Mexico they told me it would take 3 days to get everything right the bad thing is that it takes 4 days and they say the address is wrong when on the receipt I have the address right terrible company I won't send again I have previously sent nothing with DHL and UPS and everything was perfect but now I decide to send by fedex and they leave me with this problem zero stars on my part

Employees are wonderful, great customer service , except for a old lady with white hair and glasses, I'm not sure if she is the manager or some kid of supervisor, but she is so mean with customers and another employees.

Internet speeds are RIDICULOUSLY slow. If I’m paying $.45/minute I should be getting at least 50MB/minute. Please consider the experience of your customers.

Ask for Desiree! She deserves 5 star.4 stars was because wait time was a little longer than usual.Desiree went above and beyond. I'm a watercolorist and invest in quality cotton watercolor paper journals. I wanted my journal to be spiral bounded but did not want them to handle the pages and leave oils from hands on my paper because it can resist the watercolors. Desiree offered to wear gloves and said she would personally cut and bind my journal. It was a bit pricey but will return for more binding if Desiree handles my order. She was awesome and the results were fantastic.
