The fed ex person who dropped off my shoes cant read because i have a sign on front door that says in bold black letteres to toss packages over patio fence the fed ex person didnt they left box infront og door & didnt ring door bell (idiot)

Terrible customer service. When I asked about tracking a package, where is my package? She answers, "I don't know." This is how she answered all my questions... :(
