the old hagg lady with glasses on the register closest to the door is rude asf she yelled at me for running to my car to get cash service is trash they have boxes and carts for loading and unloading products in majority of the aisles can't even walk trough the store

Came to exchange not refund (with my receipt) for a hair product that didn’t work for me. The cashier wasn’t able to help, so she called the the manager in charge Willow, After opening the product Willow didn’t hesitate to let me know she could not refund the product because it was used. I explained to her it didn’t work for me and all I wanted was to exchange it. We went rounds I even pointed out the refund policy which states if you aren’t happy with any purchase, they will gladly take it back. The first column and the refund policy. Willow even called her manager just to deny a simple $4 dollar hair product. Poor customer service at its finest.

Busy. Went to get sodas and some other stuff. It's not only them but they all seem to be out of rubbing alcohol. Nice people there. Always helpful
