This place deserves zero stars. On 5/29 my mother experience rude behavior of one of the staff members who also is the manager named MARY. She seemed annoyed by my mom inquiry and responded in a condescending tone. Which made her feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.She was rolling their eyes and making snide remarks. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's customer service standards. This incident has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that the management will address this issue and provide better training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Lost a customer forever!

I came in while a women and man decided to take whatever they wanted. It was in the afternoon time around 3ish. JENNIFER had everything under control making sure that1. She kept a great attitude towards the long line of people2. Getting the long line down quickly and respectfully and kindly asking everyone if they wanted bags, creating people who comes in the door, answering questions people had about payment options etc3. Giving the associate with her a young man, orders on what to do about the thiefs with out messing up what she was doing with the customersCan you say #managerofthemontnBecause she is!!!!This store is always organized and cleanI'm always greated at the door and told about the coupons on the appThank you

An employee there was hauling merchandise to her car and came back to the register to check me out. She started giving me attitude just because I saw her, but as usual no name tags.

This store is NOT Coupon friendly on Saturday's. It's my second time where I have an issue where the store manager named Jackie. She told me and my mother that I have to spend $25 after coupons to get the $5 off smart coupon. She's the only person who runs the store differently and puts her own rules because when she's not there, I never had issues nor when I go to other family dollars. She's racist. She's rude. And she will attack. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate because racism is something I will not tolerate. I was attacked by her months ago when I was pregnant . She lacks many skills.

I have no issue with the stores but there’s a serious problem with aggressive tweakers loitering in the parking lot. Not a good location for elderly people or people with children to shop safely.

I really enjoy shopping at this location, The service is great and the store is always stocked with product. Im really lucky to have this dollar tree store so close by my house.
