This shop should be avoided like the plague. The other negative reviews are on point about the lack of care, time management, customer service, and overall experience. Took the truck in for an engine rebuild and was given an estimated date that the work would be done.The work took around 3x as long as estimated and that was solely because you have to come around constantly to talk to him about the progress (hint: there’s none for two to three weeks at a time if you don’t press him to). The shop owner avoids calls and doesn’t return to the shop until you’ve left.Although your project is unlikely to see the light of day going through this shop, your money is more than welcomed to be taken. The workload to order ratio is ridiculous. New commissions are welcome however, actual progress isn’t.I will say that the entire crew of this shop all do excellent jobs and are very personable. Employees that will go unnamed have even admitted that they’re behind work due to the owners lack of work ethic and responsibility for his work.After nearly triple the time that this could’ve been completed with a more self respecting shop, finally, the project was “complete” and “tested”. The truck was off and hit the streets…. For less than a day. The truck is still not running to this day.Do yourself a favor, take your passion to a more reputable establishment that values customer like it does their customer’s wallets.This shop is worth the side of town it resides in. Fair warning

I dropped my engine off 3 yrs ago and paid over 3k I still do not have it done I'm very frustrated and angry Tim gives me promises of when I'll get but never comes through I leave messages and never get call back I have a business anI'm still waiting but this is ridiculous INeed my engine but I guess they don't careI will continue to let everyone know about this problem until I receive what I paid forI will continue to post and let everyone know what they did and warn them until they make good on what I'm owed

Dropped off my block, head, and crank to get worked on. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the work to be performed and gave me a realistic expectation of when I should hear back or call. Looking forward to the finished product!

Can't speak on the work quality, but I can speak on the unprofessional way the business is ran. After spending thousands of dollars, you would think someone would pick up the phone or return messages or be on time for appointments... nope

They came and picked up my 4.6L Cobra engine, the only thing is is the timing on how long it took to get back to me on the cost. I never did get any definitive cost so I did find parts online that are made right here in America. I'm not really so sure what the cost off the labor would be, if I actually bought the parts myself, still today. Overall, friendly folks and they cleaned my engine/parts in pieces and returned it to me for a hundred bucks which is ? EXCELLENT!Service: Engine repair
