I’ve been renting here for almost 8 years. As a business owner in the community I am extremely disappointed at what has happened at this facility. The managers know the details and if I could give it a 0 Star rating I would.

We love it here at Empire Storage. It is clean and easy to access. Diandra is wonderful and provides wonderful customer service! We highly recommend!

Glad I decided to go with empire storage staff was super helpful and friendly. I was able to fit everything I needed to store & The moving process was real simple, they also provide a moving vehicle if needed which came in handy! Definitely recommend if looking for a storage!

Empire storage is great! Straight forward and the access hours are very beneficial for working people that need to get into their storage after hours. The facility is very secure and structures are strong and keep your items safe. The staff is super nice and always helpful. Im glad i rent from empire storage as opposed to my previous storage(derrels) not that i had a bad experiance with derrels but what i mentioned above is the exact opposite from my previous storage company. Thank you empire!!

While I really never had issues while at Empire, the fact that I didn't receive a prorated refund of almost a full months rent left a very sour taste. I had to move out quickly and the office wasn't open for me to give a notice before or immediately after New Year's Day. Empire would not consider issuing refund. This is just bad business. I will not consider Empire for any future storage needs.

I loved Empire storage I have been a customer of theirs Until I started having problems with the new manager I have invoices where I paid for the same month twice I have invoices that show different amounts owed when contacting the manager to ask her to please Help me and explain the discrepancies and she refused was annoyed that even asked her for help and sold my unit as I was standing there showing her the different amounts that were owed that didn't make any sense and all I needed was help and she refused to help me please beware I'm so upset because I really loved that storage unit I have 4 different people that rent from there and now they're all going to leave they just cannot believe it and cannot be trustedexplain this to me she refused sold my unit and then add me kicked off the property be where anybody who rents their to double check when you are paid up through I made it 2 $74 amount Payment paid up through July 27th I then received another payment in September that paid me up again till July 27th

Rented a unit in March of 2022 for temporary space, the staff was always friendly, and liked the hours of access from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. During this time they had one issue with the gate and appreciated the email as notice regarding the gate and the alternative option during that time. They did get the gate resolved quickly. Moved out in November now that I'm in my new house and would use Empire again when the need arises. Thank you for the time when I needed it most.

I just started renting here a few days ago and I must say that I am impressed with the facility. The customer service is excellent and when I left a message on their voice mail, they were quick to call back. Super friendly office staff too! The lock that I brought with me didn't fit and they brought me another lock from the office and just asked me to stop by and pay for it when I left, which I did.

As National Auto parts dispatcher, we are so relying on Empire Storage provide us as a mini hub for service Fresno area. The storage room is very easy to access, also the only one 24/7, staffs are very nice, good communication. I'm still on the waiting list for another unit. Highly recommended.

My company uses Empire storage. They are an awesome 247 storage facility. I highly recommend anyone who needs 247 storage to try out Empire.
