Tax fraud is no joke Ash. You can thank your thieving son John for what happens next. You stole from the wrong person! Do not spend your money here! They sell broken and returned products and demand that you return them to the manufacturer for a replacement. Basically, they get paid by selling broken stuff.

John the cashier was very rude. I went with a friend who needed to return a vape pen that was defective the same day he bought it there. John refused to help him, and was being very rude, but when he asked him if he was trying to tell him to "f" off, John became very belligerent and threatening. We thought we could straighten this out in person, and see if cooler heads could prevail, but as soon as we arrived, he said we were banned from the store, and he began threatening us. After doing some research, I think he was intentionally trying to scam my friend into buying a higher priced item. Horrible customer service, and very unprofessional behavior. He could have just processed the exchange and there would not have been any problem, as the item has a warranty. I'm not sure why he had to act that way.

They just remodeled and are going to be expanding. The store is awesome with so much to see and the prices are amazing. Can't wait for it to be completed and see what new items will be available.

I bought a caliburn u well vape from this place. They have been out of the coils for a week. This isn't the issue I understand that happens. I begin to ask the cashier John why he sold me a device that not many places sell the coils for. He took that as disrespectful and started yelling at me. I was even gonna ask him if he could refer me to someone that had them but didn't even get to get it out he was yelling so much. Disappointed that people treat customers like that. What's even made the experience worse is the customer before me got extremely good service from John. What's the difference between me and the other guy. He had 50 questions and I had 2 maybe 3. Won't be going here again and will tell my friends about the experience. Disgusting service
