Went there twice during their business hours and nobody was there. So I called and made an appointment to meet someone there at 10:00. I arrived at 9:55 (they're supposed to be open from 9:00), and at 10:10 nobody had arrived. I left. The location is far from where I live, I'm not wasting anymore of my time with this company. So many Fresno small businesses like this are ran like a hobby and not a real business. Stop wasting people's time. I ended up going to Secure It New on Blackstone and Bullard. The price was reasonable, people there are nice and they stick to their posted hours of operation. They fixed all 4 rims in about 4 hours. Excellent work.

Overall I give Elite Powder coating business four stars because they were kind, polite, good people, and the quality of the jobs done on my Chevy Silverado RST 1500 was amazing and well done. I was in cumunication with Jack, he would answer my calls, text messages in a responsible manner. He sent me pictures of progress and mistakes that needed be redone. Moreover, the pricing was fair for the jobs done. I didn't give the five stars because Jack changed few times when the truck was going to be done and I changed once on him for pick up time. Other than that, he is also flexible and works with you. I didn't know that powder coating is a long process because it requires taking the tires out, bumpers, front grill and more. The truck was done in a week. Jack also sent me picture of the invoice right away in same day I picked up my truck. Hence, I strongly recommend this place to other people. You just have take the initiative to ask for progress and ask questions.

I don't usually rate on service but mainly on the job that needs to get done. But this review is going to be based on service as well. I took my car in to get my rims powder coated at this place because I saw the awesome 5 star reviews on google and decided to give it a try because I like to support new businesses. The job was well done, but I did still have a few silver spots on very few of my lug nuts, which is no big deal. The rims are more important. However, the service was kind of poor. I had to keep contacting Jack to get updates on my car, which should be the other way around. Plus, he preferred cash payments and I did pay in cash but never got a receipt. He said he'll email me my receipt, and I never got it. I didn't contact him back because, well, if you're starting a new professional business, I shouldn't have to keep contacting you about things like getting a receipt back. It was a little shady, to be honest, but my car did come back in one piece and the powder coating was still done well. Would've given it 5 stars if Jack just communicated better.

Rim repair done by Elite powder coating saved me a lot of money as my car was a lease and dealership was trying to charge unreasonable amount of money, costumer service was great here and they were professional from start to finish.

These guys don’t mess around. My wheels had some really deep scratches and curb rash but they were able to make them look new again. Great attention to detail and amazing customer service overall. Highly recommend!
