Today I went like on many occasions to buy at El Súper, after a long time of shopping in this place I had never received bad attention from a cashier like this day, a cashier named Sophia, with a bad attitude and little education. Not only did she give us bad service but she offended us, by kindly telling her that she had to treat customers well, she very upset told us that if we didn't think we should go somewhere else, I'm sorry that they have employees with this politeness and bad attitude, a I called the managers to be attentive to the cashiers they have.
