I just want to give a shout out to Emily who helped process my auto loan 30min before closing on such short notice. Really appreciate her for going out of her way to help me process these time sensitive documents.

Friday Abril 28 I went to the bank I needed help on my account so " Ruben " helped me and resolved the my bank account issue with kindness and lots of Patience's if all the business had employees like Ruben all clients would have smiles in their faces cause that's the way I came out of the bank with a happy face Because of Ruben Thank you Ruben you where awesome ?? I have applied for a grant for 4 years straight and now I entered my PhD in education and they never considered me. I made the Dean's list 3 times in a row and I have have 3.75 currently... I was so disappointed that not once did they pick a mother of 5 with disabilities for their so called "educational grant" eecu do better. Line times are too long .get faster tellers!

Disappointed in the handicap line. Closed. Made it hard for me to wait. Not very friendly.

It's fair, seems like the new employees are great at customer service and getting those surveys in. The older employees are not that excited.

I went here to take care of an auto loan for the brand new car I bought and I had Emily helping me. She was super friendly and very helpful! I forgot to submit a loan application and she was able to get me approved to start the loan in a short 5 minutes.

Not enough tellers to serve the members. Waited in line for an hour and a half to cash a check. Only 2 tellers when there are 30 to 40 members waiting in line in the heat outside.

I'm not very happy at all with the customer service today! The underwriters here really are mean and they don't treat you like a human being, just a credit score and a credit report to trample all over your soul!!!

The bank staff on site re very friendlyand helpful but the phone service by eecu is awful ..need to train some call representatives on how to not be rude ...if you dont like your job find another one...dont take it out on me
