Compared to other physical therapy practices I have known this is the best. The assessment was thorough, what I say is heard, the therapists are pleasant, the facilities are clean. Most importantly the emphasis is progress without pain.

My experience at the Robert Pauline Physical Therapy has been very positive. The staff are actively engaged with clients, my questions and concerns are welcomed and addressed, and exercises are monitored to ensure correct form and appropriate for my particular issues. The positive, relaxed and orderly atmosphere seems generated by a staff that enjoys what they are are doing. The Tai Chi videos are an added bonus.

Scheduled a massage but when I arrived they had cancelled it because they wanted me to fill out some paperwork. When I proposed that I fill out the paperwork after the massage, they said sorry it’s cancelled even though the individual who does the massage was sitting around doing nothing. They said they tried to call me but I only got a call from some Sanger number that day, not a business number. The Physical therapy is great but their policies sink.

I am a patient of Dr. Robert Pauline. I visited his office regularly. At first I couldn't walk without pain and had pain in lower extremities, and now I can walk freely after sessions in his office. All his helpers are excellent as well. Thank you! I wish you success and all the best!!
