I live between 2 Dollar Tree stores. The Tower area one and the Brawley and Sheilds store. I noticed while they BOTH carry the same basic merchandise. They sell some different styles of the same brand. For instance, the ION cosmetic line has many different false eyelashes. You can go to the sheilds store and find the lil sections of eyelashes in different styles and once in a while a strip of lashes, and then go to the Tower store and find the full strip of lashes in different styles. I've never seen them carry the same exact style. In all honesty, I much prefer the Tower District store. It shelves are very well kept and stock. If there are several customers, they will open another line. The Sheild store only has one register. And 7 customers with baskets full, just have to wait. I have seen many customers push or set down their basket full of merchandise because they get tired of waiting! OMG, if you walk in or are in line and a customer asks for the helium ? balloons. I've seen customers walking in lookover and see the line, and the cashier is blowing up 14 heart/Birthday/ whatever balloons and turn around and walk out! customers in line (like 4 or 5) customers just leave whatever they wanted to buy and walk out. The one bad side that ALL Dollar Trees has is "Oh, well our truck ? with merchandise will be here on FRIDAY, so you should come back and see if we get it in!" That's madness. - L

Sometimes you an barely make it to the store in time. That's why business have hours. Tonight we went to dollar tree. Showed up 11 minutes before there time to close. The door was locked, and a employee stop us at the door, saying they were closed to us, and another couple, saying it was they're bosses orders. If they can't keep the assigned time, and won't explain why management decided without explaining any reason, then this shows bad management, and why I'll go across the street to dollar general. Starting tonight.

One word...PROFESSIONALISM! This place has zero. When you walk into a place of business and two coworkers are conversing and every other word is the "F word knowing a customer is right in front of them is not a good look. The store is normally a mess as well. Jus sayin...Do better!

Wished a good morning upon entering. They have Valentine's stuff and St. Patrick's Day stuff! Very nice worker. I had a bunch of stuff in my hands walking around looking and she offered a cart. Bought chocolate chip muffins mix, Hershey kisses, Reeses snack size hearts, butterfly garden decor & blue water bottle. It's pretty clean. Some areas are messy and some are pretty organized. Still easy find stuff and they have lots of different stuff! Checked out and the worker was very kind. Wished a good day after check out. Appreciated! Good service and store! Recommended!

I usually love shopping at dollar tree get good bargains save money! this location is horrible it's filthy the shelves are always empty you wait in line probably 20 to 30 minutes because they never open up another register! don't bother asking for assistance because they'll just say I don't know we're out because they don't wanna move from where they're at! you can tell the management there they don't care you see boxes on the floor gum on the carpet! just because I wanna deal in a bargain doesn't mean I wanna shop in a filthy store! I actually try avoiding this dollar tree because of how icky it is in the lack of customer service!
