Dropped my truckoff at 8am and was told it might take until 2 pm due to being booked but that they would try to fit me in if someone cancelled.I was able to pick my truck up around 10:30am Fast and polite service

This is two incidences in one, and both were handled by the same technician. My first incident was for a standard tire rotation. I was helped by Eric at 8 a.m. I was told it shouldn't take that long, so I decided to wait in the lobby. 5 hours later, my phone is dead and they found nails in my tire so I would have to buy a new set. $620 later was my total.
With the set of tires I bought came free tire rotations. Well I took my car in before heading out of town. I was advertised to buy lifetime tire alignment package before it went back up in price. I dropped my car off at 830 a.m. and was told there were 8-9 appointments ahead of me. I went home this time to wait for a call. At 4 p.m. I called to make sure it would be done that day or the next day, I was placed on hold for 7 minutes. Then another tech answered and said they just finished. This service center is ridiculous and a joke! I will never go back to this place even if it costs more elsewhere. BEWARE EVERYONE!

Took 2 hours to not be able to fix just a bolt in my tire with out telling me anything after saying it would be 20 mins in and out to do waste of my time I was originally just going to be late for work now I miss the whole day and no where else is open said I had too low of tread to repair which the initial inspection should of been able to tell them that they sat there for 45 mins with my engine open inspecting my whole car good nice people but really bad experience. Edit - nvm about the nice people bit as I was asking I'd there was an option for a temporary patch to get me home they said no and someone helping a whole other customer turned to me and smuggly asked "why don't you just buy new tires"

I ordered all 4 tires for my vehicle and 4 tires for my daughter's vehicle on Wednesday. You would think they are making money from me. They had tire size for my daughter but not my vehicle. I was supposed to get a follow-up call from TJ on Friday but no calls. I called Saturday which is today. He forgot to order my tires so I decided to just get tires for my daughter's vehicle. Was told 1.5hrs. Dropped off at noon. No calls several hours later. I called at 3:20pm which was giving them plenty of time. I was told it would be done in 30 minutes and I'll get a car. Still no calls so I decided to go there. Now this was past the 30 minutes..got there shortly after 4:30pm.. finally finished. Last time I'm coming here for any business. I'll pay more for better service elsewhere for my vehicle.. can't even give 2 minutes of their time to give me a follow-up call. Poor service.. too bad I can't give a zero star..

I went in for a repair on my tire and while there I requested a alignment, they didn’t switch the tire with the spare Wait time was more than was advised (3hrs loneger) so I had to wait 30 min longer, restroom was poorly maintained, no toilet paper, soap or paper towels.

Did not reset my computer for the next service, have to return to have it done. Overall service was good although a little slow slow having an appointment.
