It's not often that you think about a personalized experience when it comes to renting a mini storage unit, but I would be remiss to not publicly thank Clark for how much he has gone above and beyond to make my experience at this Derrel's mini storage on Nees a good one. I had to move from the bay area quickly given an untimely death in my family, and Clark has been there for my mother and I during a very difficult time, ensuring the move into storage is seamless and taking one small thing off of our plates during an inevitably stressful time. From rushing to fix the broken light in my unit, to helping us with a faulty lock and ensuring our safety, he is an incredibly kind man who has worked for this company for over 25+ years and I hope is recognized by his management for how much he contributes to the Derrel's brand, reputation and customer satisfaction.

The lady at the front was very kind and informative! The smallest container size was sold out and there was no discount for the next size up, even though I didn't need a container that big.

Darrell's Mini storage is a scam business. There are many things to list so let's just take them 1 by 1. Firstly the contract they lock you into for the low price is false. They will raise the price on you no matter what you do. You can't even set up an automatic payment on their website. When you call no one answers, ever. There's never an option to leave a message... The staff has even made paying them directly a form of punishment by purposely making the process a runaround. Since California is ran by morons and laws don't really exist here no one will ever do anything about this scam of a business. The only recourse is to ignore this pathetic dumpster fire of a business out of existence.
