Came in this morning to rent a storage unit at 100 E Sierra Derrels. I was served promptly and professionally, had a great experience and was loading the unit within minutes. I have worked with Derrels for most of my adult life and feel they are a great and convenient business storage solution. We're fortunate to have them in so many locations in the Fresno-Clovis area!

I was one month behind, barely I might add. And they held my stuff hostage saying I was in lien... At which time they made me pay for two months and was charged a lien fee again for the new month. This was on the 2nd of the month. And they still charged me a lien fee. They are trash.
