Cathy was excellent providing customer service, storage information, guidelines, and rules. Love the small size I got, I’ve searched everywhere nearby for a small storage and price to fit my needs. Perfect size for just boxes. I highly recommend this Derrel’s storage location at Golden State and Shaw.

Very Creepy location. I have been at this location for over 5 years. The last two years have been very creepy here. The guy on the golf cart who sneaks around peeking into your storage stall looking for secret government files. Spying on you even if your in a company vehicle. This guy is really creeping me out. This location has many cameras and he can observe each isle from a distance. I am a security license contractor who don't need Hitler looking over my shoulder. Driving down the isle just to take a look into a persons locker needs to stop. If the company believes all its tenants are committing a crime. Stop renting out your storage location. There's no need to spy on your tenants. Acting as if your out on a cruise in a golf cart. Go work for the Chinese spy agency they could use this guys help.

Don't use this facility or the one on Ashlan & Valentine neither someone broke in my storage unit and stole my stuff and now everyone is avoiding me. If anyone can help me please do so.
