Overall it’s ok, they are helpful and polite. However, they charged me for an hourly rates when it only took no more than 10min to install a front license plate…. And there’s no room for negotiation. As a customer, I would be happy to support small business and pay for the amount of time and effort they’ve actually performed and put into. Not just so called “this is our minimum rates” for only a few min work.I’m sorry I just am not happy about this.Just to be aware, please….

I can only say superlatives for Dave and his team. 3 days ago I hit another car in the parking lot. I was upset & stressed. I saw from the reviews how the clients were so happy. The minute I met Dave & Ric I knew all would be well. Dave is an expert with many years of experience. He's down to earth, kind, and honest. I needed some restoration to my front bumper. He gave me an estimate, which I knew was a good price. He said I could bring it in today at 10:30 & would be ready by 3Pm unless they found electronic disruption under the bumper which meant an overnight stay. He went out of his way to reserve a rental vehicle if that was the latter situation. He's a gentleman & made me feel secure. I picked up my car at 3, it was perfect. I couldn't be more happy. Dave and his team are worth a 10. I encourage anyone that wants excellent communication and service to see Dave's Car Care. Their restoration is perfect!! They also took care of some minor dings on my car too. They are awesome.

Great service. We had a piece of plastic hanging down from under the engine that was dragging on the ground. Quickly put up the car, cut off the offender and we were on our merry way.

Dave's is the kind of place you hope to find out about in a pinch. Dave knows what he is doing and provides great customer service. He discussed the options with me, answered my questions, and gave me accurate estimates. Though the shop is a little hidden, fear not. You will be taken care of once you get there.
