Our project was days from beginning when another large tile and granite company left us in a bind. They sold our slab that was already paid for and could not find anything to replace it. Went to Daltile and the sales people helped me that afternoon. We found everything we needed and most was in stock. Professional, super quick and stayed with me through the end. Would highly recommend this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Juliana Mora at DaTile and received excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable about their inventory and product offerings and provided a high level of professionalism throughout our interactions. Juliana also answered all my questions accurately, taking the time to explain each detail in depth.Not only was she great at providing information and advice, but most importantly she was able to guide me through obtaining the tile shades and inventory information so that my tiles could be shipped to another location closer to my home.For anyone needing tiling services or products, DaTile is undoubtedly worth considering — their customer service is top-notch! Juliana Mora's expertise was invaluable in helping me obtain exactly what I wanted for my project, and her responsiveness throughout the entire process definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any tiling needs!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! If I could give no stars I would! They sold us tile that was a completely different size and would not let us return it! Some of the tile was cut uneven. Run away from this business. Their customer service is awful!

Very professional and fast. Truck route from shield ave then right turn on argyle ave. If you come early enough you can make u turn in the parking lot to dock. It's way much easier

Buy ONLINE and Not in store. **Beware of 25% RESTOCKING FEE** I can definitely say I was pleased with the floor staff's assistance with identifying the tile I needed. I brought in a piece and they told me what I needed immediately! However the issue is with price and Return Policy. The price can be found better online surprisingly compared to the actual company. Not only this but online companies offer free returns and shipping. In the store they charge a 25 % RESTOCKING FEE. They had the tile I needed in stock so I purchase the tile and took it home. I realized I had over-purchased and planned to return the tile approximately 15 hours later... that 15 hours cost me a 25% restocking fee. I searched online by using the tile code and found the same material for the same price but with no return fees. I found a flooring tile a dollar cheaper online. I would not recommend purchasing here unless you absolutely are doing last minute buying.
