Decent mix of standard CVS products. Pretty good snacks section. Employees helpful and accommodating. Across the parking lot from United Health Centers clinic and urgent care. Wide aisles not too cluttered with displays.

I think this store’s employees are nice and helpful. The pharmacy employees are okay. Sometimes some shelves are empty and that can be frustrating.

I come here to get med for my family and every time there’s an issue (due to complexities from Meds) they ALWAYS took care of me stepped away from their computer and helped me promptly idk what the other reviews are about the people here are so bubbly and Attentive. I’ve always ran into Dolly (the pharmacist) She herself gets off the computer to help IDk what else people want from here if the pharmacist isn’t at their desk No prescription can leave the filling Table. ? ?

Yo I don’t get the haters! Everyone here has been super nice and helpful, from pharmacy to checkout. The pharmacy helped me check for discounts and gave me the best options. Checkout very nice and friendly.

My wife and I are always impressed by the customer service here! The cashiers and the pharmacy staff are excellent and always seem happy to help! Whoever is in charge of hiring really knows how to pick amazing people! Also love deals you can find there and staff helps you find those also!

There were Christmas statues for outdoor use that came looking like Caucasians only. No etchnic looking dolls being sold for use outdoors on the lawn. Please add ethnic looking lawn statuary and ornaments for outdoor use among your sales merchandise. We are interested in this type merchandise as well.Thanks.

It says on website and outside of door they are open till 10pm they close their doors at like 8pm.

Ernesto the manager and Richard the "operations manager" are unprofessional and extremely rude. Do yourself a favor stay away from here.

Staff is friendly for the most part every once in a while there is a bad egg but it happens. frozen food is a little expensive but there are often great coupons in the app.

We've never had a bad experience at the Herndon/ Milburn location. We were surprised to see some lower star reviews. Pharmacy is polite and friendly but can be busy after 4:30 pm.
