Store hours online indicate that they close at 10pm. I showed up at 9pm and they were closed. Very disappointing.

If I could give zero I would. The new voicemail only system and the rude staff today make it a heavy burden and dangerous to use this place. I will pay six dollars extra for my meds at a small pharmacy but it will be safer and a better experience.

Did not have the one product I came in for. I just had surgery and it was very inconvenient to travel to other stores. However, staff was polite and apologetic.

These comments do not reflect the service I've received at this store. I found the pharmacy staff to be friendly and helpful. I switched all my prescriptions to this location. Thanks Jano for being so friendly and helpful.

Ordered some photos received email that they were ready. Upon arrival found the store to be closed! Ride manager banned Ana told me that the issue had been escalated some time ago and there directive is to point at the posted hours on the glass! I pointed out the corporate website hours and Google's posted hours and she said or lights will shut off! That's why we changed our hours!!!

Pharmacy continues to be disappointing. Pharmacists are consistently rude, condescending, and unfriendly. Husband went to go pick up meds on my behalf. One medication needed a consult. Pharmacist then asked if he wanted to decline. My husband said he wanted the consult (it was a new prescription). The pharmacist then rolled his eyes and told his coworker "I have to be out of here by 4". This happened around 3PM. Consult took about 2 minutes. This approach to customers is not anything new for this location. Pharmacy staff at this location very much approaches customers as though they are an inconvenience, stupid, and a waste of time. Every time we've had to visit this location the experience has been unpleasant. Will avoid coming here again at all costs.

poor communication skills on part of the pharmacist. This location has a reason for it's poor customer service and I lay blame on it's staff. Trust but verify is how they should be treated, ensure you get the name of the employee you talk to, keep them accountable, then again they will just lie to your face.

Jano, Annie, and Diana are all extremely professional. I had to unexpectedly move back to California and they both worked with my Doctor to have my medication refilled when there was literally only a 48 hour gap between my next refill date. I highly recommend this pharmacy location to anyone looking for great customer service! Thank you to Jano, Diana Annie! - Tyler

Absolutely awful. “manager” answered the pharmacy phone “hello” and was extremely rude and dismissive. Gave me a pickup time of “sometime later tonight” and when I mentioned I needed a time to arrange pickup he wouldn’t give one because I’m “not the only one”. I pressed for at least an estimate and he kept saying “later tonight”. Was at another CVS until I moved and they were amazing! I’ll be going back.
