If you're thinking of working for this particular CVS Pharmacy store, don't. The management plays favorites with floor associates, cashiers and the like. They're all smiles during training but if you have the audacity to treat the customers like actual humans instead of monetary profit, you'll receive lectures and in some cases written up. All because you gave actual legit customer service. Then, they'll begin cutting down your hours to basically nothing. It's happened before to other former employees and sad to say it happened to me.

Don’t waste your time go to another pharmacy. The younger male pharmacist at this specific pharmacy is a complete jerk and has a major superiority complex. He was disrespectful and rude, and rolled his eyes at me. When I try to explain to him the reason why I had to take a certain (pain medication) medication twice a day and he told me. You have back pain doesn’t mean you have to take the medication twice a day. I explained to him that I have fibromyalgia, and spinal cord injury I also had a spinal fusion, so I’m in constant pain. He said that wasn’t a good enough reason and that he would only fill my medication for me to take it once a day instead of twice a day as it was prescribed by my own physician, and he announced this in front of everyone instead of confidential. He literally was treating me like I was seeking opioids I clearly have a medical condition. What gives him the right to judge me based upon the medication I have been prescribed. What happened to Being a decent person treating people with respect instead of being condescending. I know my body I know what I need. My doctor also knows as well so for you to come at me acting like you’re a doctor when you clearly aren’t. Doesn’t give you the right to judge me or not even give me what I was properly prescribed. You should totally be fired Shame on this pharmacy and the male pharmacist! You should be fired from this pharmacy because your bedside manner is absolutely terrible. Get off your high horse and come back to reality where you belong!

I would give a zero but it won't let me cluttered isles and don't get me started on incompetent pharmacists. Especially Wong. They have zero customer service skills

I have been trying to get my medication for over a week and every time I go in theres a new problem. The medication i was taking had severe side effects and withdrawals would be even worse. I was told if they got bad to go to the hospital... the HOSPITAL. Theyd rather send me to the ER then give me my meds all because my doctor didnt write XR? They were going to give them to me but then changed their mind and its now been almost two weeks and Ive decided to just stop taking the medication because I DO NOT want to have to go through the pain all over again! They've been sending me multiple messages saying that its ready for pickup but when i go its out of stock. The worst part is I could've seriously injured myself because of this. Have some respect!

This pharmacy has to be the worst like the other reviews state. Pharmacy employees are rude and service is beyond slow! A zero rating is what it deserves

I came in to pick up some items and it was absolutely gross inside. It smelt terrible like food items were rotting, it felt hotter inside than outside (which is crazy considering it's over 100 degrees outside!!). Not only that, items that are sensitive to temperature are literally melting on the shelves.

I stopped in to get some stuff for the wife and it was very hot inside I went to pickup a candy bar and it squashed a bit in my fingers and noticed the other side I did not touch was squashed as well, I Would have only gave a 3 or 4 stare review but the lady behind me told me she is about to stop shopping there all together because it had been hot like this for over a week now???? You would think a corporation making millions could afford to chell out the money it would take to fix there AC in a timely manner??? Personally I would think it would be unacceptable for a store to be without AC for more than a day two max.

I'm not sure what's going on with this store but everytime I've went there it stinks, like literally smells like a portapotty. It's also so hot in there. As if they have the heater on. Ive never been in a store where i've come out sweating. Maybe they want us to go in and out but it was so uncomfortable picking up my medication. They need to fix this problem asap. I felt bad for the cashier because she had to be there in that smelly hot place her whole shift.

CLOSING STAFF IS THE WORST!!In the store an hour before closing, and let me tell you, rude condensending young ladies, GRUMBLING about putting the rush on me right at about 45 min till closing!The teller "Janet" had a bad attitude when i asked her to reload a card i have, she menouvered the scanner such that it would not scan until i moved my phone to line it up, the scanner beeped and captured the barcode. As i looked up at the screen, she hit the button on the keyboard faster than a gambler on the slots!!!! I didnt see it, she then refused to do it again!She got me!!!I say to you corporate; screen your closing crew a lil better, some of us lead busy lifes and do not need your employees agrivating customers! We are the consumers giving our money to your company. Therefore, your employees work for us at that moment-TRAIN THEM TO UNDERSTAND THIS OR REMOVE THEM FROM A POSITION OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE "

Please stop with your election of top 40 music.Last time it was cranked on club dance music.Not good when I’m sick and having to waiting in the pharmacy line.Maybe some light instrumental.
