Great customer service. Farley and Denise are very helpful. They were able to find the problem on my Chevy Traverse and then called me up. Told me what was wrong with the AC and all that. Absolutely the best shop in Fresno hands down. I went to three others and won't ever go anywhere else now.They rebuilt the top end of my engine and did some major work that would have cost me twice as much where I was going before. They're very communicative, so you are never left wondering what is going on with your repair.I take an 06 mini cooper in and they are always able to source parts within my budget when we need something particular.My roommate takes a Hyundai Veloster in and has had a lot of work done as well and is always satisfied.

I've been going to CT Auto, Farley, for many years now. This auto shop does great work, they have proven to be knowledgeable and very trusting in what they do. They explain everything to you and most importantly they listen to you and try to figure out what you are hearing or feeling that is wrong with your car, instead of doing useless work on your car and costing you money. I am an Air Force veteran, and Farley treated me very good. Some places don't care about veterans.I went to see him about what sounded like a blown valve, gasket, or spark plug in my engine. It sounded terrible. He could not do the work himself, but kindly referred me to a good friend of his who has a machine shop in Clovis. They took good care of me and didn't gouge me on the work they did. Thanks Farley!
