I had some dry clean for sweaters and some men's shirts for laundry. I had one polo shirt damaged which I bought two years ago $85 . The lady told me it is their fault because some other shirts happened same thing damaged it might be laundry machine problem.She told me she will give me $35 store credit and the manager will call me for damaged shirt. So I left the shirt at the store then the manager can take a look at damaged shirt. I waited one week no response so I called the manager Marine and she told me when the shirt is too old , it usually damages and other shirts are fine. I only can give you $25 store credit for that . I said your store lady told me it happened to other customers as well and it is machine problem. I told her I do not want the store credit because I do not want to use your dry cleaning again so please pay me back with cash. She just refused paying cash and she will rather fix my shirt and said you only got one shirt damaged and not use our dry cleaning again? I asked her if she saw the actual damaged shirt and she told me she is working other three club cleaners so she only saw from picture. She also told me her employer should not tell me it is machine's fault. I told her to go to take a look at my shirt how damaged it is and call me back but she did not call me back . I think the manager is not professional. Her employer is more honest. I dot not want my shirt damaged again so I will not go back this dry cleaner . I do not how she can fix perfectly with polo cotton shirt with big ripped lines on back.

Dropped off some items to get cleaned. So when I show up they say they have a record of them but lost them. They called me back within 30 minutes but still, what an inconvenience

Lost Suit: They get the one star based on the customer service rep (Asian lady) today who was very, very nice. Otherwise I would given them 0 stars if I could. They lost my suit pants that I had given to be laundered along with few other clothing items. When I went to get my laundry two days ago, the customer service rep didn't even pretend to look for it in the store. She asked me, "do you need it anytime soon?" If I ever heard an idiotic question, it is this one, yes I need it soon, I am not planning on leaving it at dry cleaners for months. Then she proceeded to give me some sort of hand written note about lost laundry. And without an apology asked for the next person in line, and proceeded to apologize to the next person for the wait time. She was so incompetent that she could not even pretend to care about the fact that they lost a suit pant. Let alone the fact that I didn't even get so much as am apology from them for losing my suit pants. Now I am unlikely to find a matching pant for a pinstripe suit, rendering the whole $500+ set unusable, and in return I get a customer service rep, who is more busy watching TV, and can't even pretend to care and asks idiotic questions like "do you need it anytime soon?" What a waste!
