You can start by keeping promises to your customers. I was promised 2 free months of service due to the coronavirus pandemic by a customer service representative and now that offer was taken off the table. I was promised this because I'm not currently working due to the pandemic going on, but now I'm seriously considering switching companies because you guys don't keep your promises to customers and I'm very dissatisfied.

This place is a rip off sold me a phone 5 days later stop working right. Then tried to sell me insurance to pay out of pocket for a phone I bought new stop work right. I could get refund but my number is switched over to Cricket. I had my number for years don't want to lose it. Yes I could do exchange to a down grade phone not my LG which I bought on my birthday. So unfortunately the said one or the other. The warranty on the device for that year you're talking about is for refurbish phones not the new one I bought!
