Went in with my son to get him a new phone to replace his old phone, keeping his number. We were helped by Sir Yovonny who was EXCELLENT! Very polite, not robotic and he made the whole experience a quick and pleasant transaction. . . I wish more places had people like him working for them. I must admit it's the first time that I have been to a cricket store and not left with a sour taste . . . Thank you so very much Yovonny, we both appreciate your time and your assistance. You made this visit a pleasant and successful. Keep up the amazing work and don't ever lose that positive energy

Literally gave me a plan that I didn’t ask for. Wanted a 2 for 80 plan, but was given one that was asking for 120 a month. Went to the store to ask what went wrong, and of course, made up the excuse that they didn’t know how it happened. Even though the person I was talking to was the same person who set me up with said plan. Said they didn’t remember me, yada yada yada. They’re obviously trying to artificially extract money from you, so be warned.

we waited in line for a long time and wen Cristina A. Assisted us she was not a big help trying to switch over to Cricket we had to walk to metro pcs get all the info thin come back get in line again coverall thank you guys for the exercising I needed it and 17 stance to transfer what happened that it was free
