First time to this store and we will be back! Best customer service hands down by Ray Rios. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knows his products. We drove 1 hour and will be happy to do it again for our next purchase. Don't pass this store up. Loaded with everything you could want. Just ask for Ray!

Tons of product, def pricier than online options, but they do have things I couldn't find online. Staff helped direct me to what I was looking for, but when they saw they didn't have a decent selection in the location they directed, there was no further exploring their inventory in the computer or offering to see if they could order something for me. Finally, when checking out, the staff member at the register was talking to a friend on his cell phone about his social happenings. I was really put off by this, bc it really sends a message to a customer that their presence is not worth of the staff's time and attention. Why are staff on personal calls while working? But at the least he easily coulda told his friend he'd call him back or ask him to wait a min and then put the phone down till he finished cashing me out. Next time I need supplies, I will check with other restaurant supply options first. Giving thelree stars instead of two, bc one of the staff members was nice and helpful, unfortunately he wasn't available except the first time I had a question and I got stuck with the other one in all my other encounters.

I come in here all the time. They usually have whatever it is that I need and if they don’t I know they can get it. But I’ve noticed that over the past couple of months customer service has gone down. Nobody really answers the phone so if you try to call most likely no one will answer. It’s hard to get someone to help you in the store. The sales people run away from me if they see me instead of asking if I need help. But they do have a lot. Most likely you will have to look for it yourself though.

Today I went to my favorite store, I made some purchases, a very kind boy helped me with Rey, I saw all my purchases and he was driving when Rey called me and told me you forgot some things in the store. I wanted to go back and he told me, don't worry, boy and fabrics. I go to your location this boy Rey came to my location to bring me the rest of my things he is a very good person thank you Rey a 10

I called this morning to get a quote for some items and I spoke to ray he was super rude he didn’t want to take my email so I can send him the list of items I need so I went to j&d & spent 45k there for 2 franchise restaurants

I can't say enough good things about Cresco! As a business owner and a foodie myself, getting the proper equipment for the successful operation of my business is a must and at Cresco their product selection is extensive and top-notch. I found an ice maker and griddle needed for my restaurant kitchen all in one spot locally. The fact that I was able to add all to Cart online, see it in person then place the order online is a major deal breaker for me. They delivered on time and Mike was really helpful with the delivery! Customer satisfaction makes them an invaluable partner for restaurant success, this is the spot for people like me!

If you want to buy restaurant equipment this is the place to go. I buy most of kitchen equipment here because they are built to last. I don't buy all my equipment here but most and they last for many years of service.
