“I don't understand how EECU doesn't have a better rating. They deserve 5 stars. I cannot specifically state every thing they have done for me as a member, but they have undoubtedly gone above and beyond, taking care to look at me as a valuable customer and working with me to address things I have never seen anyone get help with at other banks or credit unions. They also offer lower loan rates with longer terms than anywhere else I've done business with. If you can qualify to be a member here, definitely one of the best financial institutions you can work with!”

“Having worked at a bank in town for 40 years, I must say I was very impressed with the whole operation at EECU. The representative we worked with on both visits, Andrea R, was awesome. She was professional, polite, friendly, knew the products and the entire process (for a vehicle loan, bank accounts, etc,) went very smoothly and timely. The branch was very nice, clean and well set up so customers know where to go for their banking needs. There is a receptionist at the counter inside the entrance, should you need assistance. Lots of teller windows and new account cubicles. They even have a coin counting machine for clients there! There were three walk up ATMs that I noticed outside. I'm not sure about drive-up ATMs. Great pricing and rates there, too!”

“Nicely located downtown. I never have to wait too long when coming to this location, I'm always almost in and out with what I needed. This is also the most aesthetically pleasing location. With it being downtown and connected to other county offices/buildings, it has some of, if not THE best decor of all branches. The only problem with this location is the lack of outdoor ATMs and having a line build up on the one.”
