Despite the decent amount of shops, and the construction upgrades...I prefer my shopping minus the gunfire, and food courts without rats! Fashion Fair used to be a great place to shop where people felt safe taking their kids, and could actually enjoy themselves without threat of a purse snatching or gang fights! Not so much anymore. It's just sad, every time I think I'll give it another chance, it just gets worse. If you choose to go to Fashion Fair, lock up your car tight, know where you're going, and don't plan to stay long. Oh, and avoid the food court at all costs, the rat thing wasn't a joke!

Fashion Fair Mall has a commendable range of stores compared to other malls nearby. However, the prevalent crime issue in Fresno puts a damper on the overall experience. If you're left with no alternative or have urgent shopping needs, you might consider heading here.

Nice products but terrible service. There are not enough people to help customers on the sales floor. Then when you finally find someone, they don't know anything about the locations of merchandise. I had a return, and there were 7 people in line ahead of me. There was only 1 person working that area. I have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Not satisfactory at all!

I've been to this mall countless times and I'm really not sure why. Every time I go here, I leave with nothing. The shops are dated and boring, not to mention the riff raff that breezes through making this place ghetto. They have had numerous shootings at this mall. I hate that it's kind of the only mall that's in business in Fresno. Manchester & sierra vista are on the verge of falling out.

Went in for there sale and violet helped me she really took care of me even when they were busy she got me everything I needed to start my new routine n should me how it really would work for my dry skin and even showed me few new tricks I can do with makeup

Christmas time has already arrived here! Makes you cheery! They have Christmas music playing and lots of great decorations! Clean, safe and practiced with tons of great stores to check out! Highly recommended! Look forward to going back soon for Christmas shopping!

The people who run the mall if you could even call them people are rude and are extremely unprofessional. Emotionally unstable and violent. They make up their own rules and will eventually be sued for their actions and lack there of. My father slipped on ice cream that was on the floor. Instead of filling a incident report they kicked him out saying he was trespassing. He is not homeless and has been shopping for himself and our family There for decades. I will never shop there and will encourage everyone I know not to shop or dine there either. River park is much nicer and has a variety of shopping and dining. Their security doesn't man handle people and it is still safer than fashion fair. Fashion fair has gone down hill in service and respect for their patrons. I would never step a foot in that mall even if you paid me. Do not take this review lightly this is a terrible place ran by terrible people.

Nice mall. Lots of stores. I love the food selection in this mall. Whenever I'm driving from St. Louis to Mount Vernon Illinois I always stop at the mall. Great finds here.

The way Fashion Fair is setup can take some time to used to if it's your first time. The departmental stores are connected to the main mall but you have to find loops holes and navigate your way through. The food court is tiny with no many options, especially for the number of folks who comes through the mall each day. The popular stores are basically your typical popular stores like H&M, Abercrombie, American Eagle, Forever 21, Express, and so on. Not a bad mall if you need to purchase a particular item but I would avoid it if you're just going to hang out. There's not much to see or do. Just a typical mall packed with people.

I was eating waiting for my phone to finish transferring and I was told I had to leave and eat somewhere else by a "mall manager" then someone else came up to me and told me I was not allowed to eat at the mall and it was not allowed ever, but yet people walk around naked and shoot up the place .

I was at fashion Fair Mall today also have my Slater 50/50 restaurant tables outside there are so dirty and nasty nobody wanted to snow them the new restaurants in the food court check them out and you want more people to come and sit outside of the by Slater 50 clean the tables cuz sometimes I go in the morning if I would open to still dirty for a bird species on it and dried up food on it a lot of people like to come and bring their kids and sit outside and enjoy the fresh air in the mall so clean the tables please make sure that you care about the customers that come out there thank you

So this is my first time to fashion fair and almost 2 years and apparently they have changed their opening times even though all the doors say 10 AM they are now open at 11 AM so there's probably 30 people sitting outside waiting for the door to open as it is 1005 so much for going to the mall. And this is why Amazon is so successful

I witnessed early this morning an unacceptable use of power from the general manager DANA QUATTRIN of fashion fair mall physically assault a gardener simply doing his job while he handled a sharp and fast pruning equipment. She approached him and hit him on his back just because she didn't like the way he was pruning a small bush not only assaulting him but also endearing them both because of the dangerous equipment he was handling. Completely shocked to see what kind of person is managing such a beloved Fresno staple.
