Overall, I like Costco. I try to order something online. I had a question about store number to process a payment online. I needed a store number so I called the store to ask about that number. The store person did not know anything about that so he gave me an 800 number to call. I called that 800 number and I had to go through the entire process that was automated, it's not worth it. It's not worth the hassle to call a store to find out. Nobody knows anything about anything other than what they particularly do and then they refer you to another number that is either overseas or in this case automated so you don't get to talk to a human so Not a good thing for Costco for me. OK the last couple times I've been to Costco has been. The people are becoming rude the service people so anyway nobody's gonna read this so I'm just doing it because it makes me less tense about how computers and AI and everything in the world is getting so much better and faster and Yet, you have to talk to a machine and enter your number and push number one and push the star button and do this and do that and you don't get to talk to anybody anymore. I can see why everything screwed up. Thank you Costco.

11/19/23 Officially a member! Crazy busy! Pretty sure that's normal on a Sunday! Go to the out side to get Costco cards. The worker was nice at check in. Got the picture done & looked around! All of their Christmas stuff is out too! Of course, deals everywhere! A lot in bulk & they seriously have it all & then some! I ended up getting a new comforter. Mine is worn . New one needed and they have a good selection. The worker was nice at checkout. Good service & store! Recommended!

This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL costco I have ever been to. If I could give a negative 100 I would. We were shopping and the General Manager Kathy was SCREAMING at the top of her lungs at an employee giving insults and demeaning comments. It was absolutely disgusting. How does someone get a top position and get away with this kind of behavior? She also dresses like a frumpy old lady and her hair looks like a rats nest!! The management at this store is about as smart as an ignorant hillbilly. Now for her flying monkeys we have delt with at this establishment, the other so called manager, Tony (tall with a fat gut and red hair) is a joke of a person who needs to learn how to listen rather than talk like a monkey!!! another monkey/hillbilly is some guy who thinks he is a manager, named David is the rudest POS ever, he is a no-body. This store has a bunch of ignorant idiots all around!!! Being a manager in Costco doesn't classify you as a better person you ARE the LOWER WORKING CLASS in society!!!! They all will meet their maker one day and be judged!!!! FLY, FLY, FLY monkeys!

Food court is a joke. We called in two pizzas and they said they would be ready in 10 minutes. Here we are 45 minutes later and they haven't even started yet. I think we just need to give up on Costco and go with Sam's Club. And the pizza was over done when we got it home. Awful place.

I don't complain often... Yesterday while utilizing the self checkout with my family, an employee rudely yelled 1 transaction per customer cart. He cited a new policy set by corporate. No big deal. We were already in line. It wasn't a long line and not really busy. He proceeded to target us I felt insinuating we were stealing or misusing our memberships. While competing the second transaction the employee sharply snapped regarding some drinks at the lower level of the cart. I provided my receipt to show it was mine and paid for. Further his coworker had scanned it during the first transaction. We each have our own memberships and though we did have 2 transactions I don't see why it was a big deal being that our transactions were small. I wish they would post their new policy or provide written changes rather than have a man scream at the checkout and scold paying customers simply finishing out their transactions. I will be canceling my membership for this. Costco is not a necessity for us and if this is the level Costco chooses to operate I need no part of it.

POOR POOR customer relations absolutely pathetic ! I always cringe coming here, but there is something's that I need from Costco, today I witnessed a manager yelling at one of her co- workers like he was a dog ! Calling him from across the store with dozens of customers around I felt so sorry for the young man , I almost said something , that young lady has no management skills , I'm sure it's passed down from upper management

Went to Abby Street Costco in Fresno, California. Those employees on the floor were patient and kind, John even took me to product I was asking if they had!!NOT SO with check out!! Two employees actually ARGUING LOUDLY with one another!! One's name was Ron, a tall man, the other had no name tag, short, stocky and balding.Then there was the very RUDE person at the food court... on top of that, they no longer even have onions, relish, or dispensary mustard or ketchup!! Plain hot dog... HORRIBLE!!!!WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SITE!!If y'all want good, friendly service, go to Clovis, California!!

The manager and other service members were very patient, went above and beyond to help me, and were scrupulously polite during every interaction (and there were many!)The prices on tires and installation were competitive, the warranty turned out to be much needed, and I was very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this tire center!

It's always busy here and parking lot is horrible. Came here to do a return I didn't know I was in the wrong line I stood there before and the guy didn't mind processing my returns at the time. This girl named brook rudely told me the line was out the door and I noticed it's just one person doing returns? Also it's cold out why not have the return line inside?! She rudely told me 'I'll help you but I don't want them to see me' idk if she was a manager or someone from a different department because I don't know who or what she was referring to that she doesn't want to be seen. She rudely grabbed my membership card grabbed the receipts and grabbed the items I was returning then she gave me money back. Idc if you had a bad shift but if you work at Costco you should know what your signing up for all I can say is if YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK YOUR SHIFT THEN CALL OUT!

Major problems with costco.com They don't refund a customer's money after not being able to ship what was ordered. After months of fighting, I get my credit card company involved. Then to retaliate, they void cash cards from other transactions.

Learn from our mistake - you will regret doing business with the sales people at Costco. We trusted Costco as long time loyal customers, and were betrayed. Wife got suckered into a deal by a Direct TV saleslady in the aisle at the Abby street Costco. High pressure sales tactics. Wife switched over everything - tv / internet/ and cell service. Since then , it has been an absolute nightmare. I could type hundreds of words on what has happened - hours on the phone etc - system still doesnt work. Called Costco to let them know what was going on in their store. Spoke to a person who claimed to be the manager. Showed no interest in the problem, and basically blew me off. Dont fall for the high pressure sales people in the aisles at Costco....Costco does not support their loyal customers....
