Have an LLC looking to open a beauty supply spot coming in looking for supplies and was denied my ability to purchase from this and no place. Does there have any signage saying that they're not opened outside public? Even though I do have licenses to purchase from wholesale, they refuse my business. Awful spot. Very rude. Steve kept on suggesting me to go to Sally's beauty supply. Not sure if they're affiliated or if he just had a friend that worked there would never go here again

Place was clean organized and ppl there were very nice! Found lots of great stuff and we sampled a drink while shopping! A MUST TRY IF YOUR IN THE AREA!

Frustrating finding help in this place!! Employees were unconcerned and too busy to answer or help. NO stars for customer service... it was obvious that I was a "no body " the way that I was pushed on the next Rep and his body language when inquiring about the membership/credit card. I was caught of guard with his comment (OH!), once he realized I was approved and the amount. His was friendlier and very talkative. Needless to say... closed account/wasted money on membership and sticking with Costco!!

I had a very positive experience. I went in unannounced with a foster child of color. I needed help with her hair. This older woman, and a few others, were very helpful and kind to me. I appreciated their help and input in my time of need. They passed no judgment on me and seemed to be more than open to helping those who genuinely asked for help. Thank you!

I'm giving 1 star only because I have to as it will not allow me to proceed. The 1 star is not for the product or merchandise, but for the racial profiling as I felt as if I had a literal tail behind me with the salesperson following me around every which way. And when I was at the counter to make my purchase, this "person" had the audacity to ask if I was ready. "Um - you followed me around the entire time I was shopping, I'm pretty sure you knew I was done..." #shoppingwhilehispanic
