Dr. Klug at the urgent care has taken care of me for about 8 years. I struggle with frequent ear infections and he knows me and my ears very well by now. I went in four days ago for what I would say is the worst ear infection of my entire life. There were five people ahead of me in the waiting room and the doctor met with me in less than 30 minutes. I told him I needed an oral antibiotic for my ear because I was very sick from the infection, and he agreed and sent the prescription to my pharmacy immediately. It's so nice to have a doctor that listens to my concerns and knows me so well. He knows when I come in for my ears that I mean it when I say something is wrong. I've struggled with doctors in the past not listening to me and I am so relieved that Dr. Klug believes me every time. He is very smart, competent and compassionate. I'm switching insurances this year and I'm going to be very sad when I can't be seen by him anymore, but I also hope I can stay away from urgent care as long as possible LOL! The medical assistants and office staff are also very nice. I appreciate when they ask you what you're here to be seen for before you check in, it's a good way to pre-triage because I have come to urgent care before when I should have went to the hospital.Overall, if I could give Dr. Klug more than five stars, I would!Thank you to Dr. Klug and NP Bill Dixon for taking care of me for so many years!

The staff here are very irresponsible. Don't believe them when they say they will contact you later. They said they would contact me on Monday, but I waited for half a year and still no contact. Until I contacted them, they said it was already the second year and I needed to make a new appointment and go through the process again. They didn't forget to mail the bill, but they forgot to contact me about seeing the doctor. This obviously delayed my condition and the best treatment period. And the doctors themselves told me that their service here is very poor, their attitude is not good, and there is no shortage of patients. So if I'm not happy with this hospital, I can go somewhere else. As for the front desk phone number here, I can't get through. The appointment was not made in time, the contact was not made in time, and they even forgot to contact me for the next step. There is nothing they can do about it as the service is inadequate and poor. These words are what the doctor said. If you would like your condition to be treated promptly or referred to a specialist promptly, please consider this clinic carefully.

Was directed by insurance Co to take elderly male there for catheter removal...sotty thing at front desk says " oh we don't do that here" sooo what can be do e there if the ins calls ahead to make sure

Well, I was in bad pain which is why I went to Urgent Care and didn’t wait to see my doctor. I want to say the office staff checked me in but maybe they don’t have compassion or understanding of a woman in pain..? The nurse WAS good. The doctor Klugg..? really rushed me in and out…?did I mention I was in horrible pain? I felt worse when I left

Great service! Went there for a civid test which was negative. I saw the doctor, I turns out I had a sinus infection.

I was able to be seen after I took a covid test and it came back negative. Once inside the staff was very friendly and super fast. There wasn't very many people when I showed up my wait time was short the doctor was very nice and friendly and listen to my issues I definitely recommend this place to others.

Dr Kronstadt was the doctor on call and I called her when my child was having random nausea and vomiting episodes. (Not the stomach flu)She said that the line is for emergency only and that I shouldn't be calling for that reason unless it's a real emergency, I told her if it was a real emergency I would be taking my son to ER. She said very rude, and acted as though I was bothering her. I said I was sorry to bother and she said that's ok, as if it was a bother to call her.

Quite simply THE BEST urgent care in the San Joaquin Valley. Dr Klug and the entire staff are exceptional! My large family has utilized their services on several occasions! Each visit has been met with true expertise and professionalism. Thank you Dr Klug, Kelly, and the entire staff!

The doctor and staff were so friendly and helpful. I got in and out with my prescription in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend going to this urgent care if you need one!

CMP urgent Care is where I bring my three teenagers and extended family when we need to see a doctor! I completely trust Dr Klug and feel that he listens to any concerns that we are having and does his best to make sure he's providing the utmost care. I also appreciate the office staff efficiency and positive attitudes. The office manager there , I believe her name is Kelly ,is very welcoming and compassionate. We have also had to come to cmp urgent care for several covid tests and the tests are done while you sit in your car instead of coming inside exposing us to other illnesses. While you wait you can see how this office staff is working hard for our community and how they are on the front lines testing patients in the hot sun or in the cold winter months doing their best for our benefit! Very professional and attentive office. Dr. Klug is amazing and really cares to help solve your medical concern. The office manager Kelly is awesome and has a heart of gold. The staff is friendly and inviting. My kids, husband and I have all visited this urgent care for various urgent needs and would recommend for sure. Thank you Dr. Klug for taking such good care of our family.

Straight up told me they aren't allowed to verify insurance. How do they see patients then???? Absolutely lazy staff. They didn't even bother to check my insurance at all, just looked at the card and decided they didn't want to help me I guess. Ridiculous, went to a different urgent care and they said they were lying. They absolutely have the jurisdiction to check insurance. Lazy lazy LAZY!!!!! Too busy gossiping. Will be reporting to the medical board.
