I Called commercial radiator they gave me a rough price over the phone for my radiator repair I took it in couple days later they called me back it was done I will definitely be going back there if I ever need any radiator service

BAD SERVICE. TOOK A DPF FILTER FOR BAKE AND BLAST, AFTER SERVICE FILTER WAS NO GOOD AND GOT CHARGE FULL PRICE FOR SERVICE AND AND FILTER WAS NO GOOD . SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR AND HE GOT MAD AT ME AND SAID THAT IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT. AND SAID I WAS STILL GOING TO USE IT ANYWAYS. TOOK FILTER TO **** ******** AND THEY TOLD ME NO GOOD AND SOLD ME NEW ONE #*******PE NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM. *******************************

I bring here to fix my truck air charger charger cooler and they changed me 310 dollars after one week leaking again. Not recommended ?

Poor work quality. They made feedlot core radiators for company that I work for. After a week that I installed starting leaking and they don’t Hebe any warranty And the lady at the office was rude. Have to go different place.

Dropped off a radiator and was told they would call me the same day with an estimate on rebuilding it or purchasing a new one. Didn't hear back from them that day or the next, so I purchased a new one elsewhere and got my radiator the same day. Notified them that I would like the radiator that I dropped off delivered out whenever it would be possible for them since they deliver in Fresno. They agreed they would deliver our radiator to us. 2 days go by and nothing, so I called back and they then said that no, I would need to pick up the radiator. I again, let them know I was in no rush for the radiator, but I began getting attitude saying I was giving attitude which I laughed and said I don't want them going out of the way, but since the only reason I did not purchase anything from them is because they never got back to me. You're better off buying a new one elsewhere instead of waiting days to hear an answer.
