“This is my favorite DDs to visit. Staff always do friendly. Cruz is very nice And makes me feel welcomed. But the windows really need some shades. It was so bright from the sun it was hot and hard to pay as I was blinded with sun shining through. I can only imagine how hot these employees will get when summer really hits. Please consider this for staff and customers.”

“8/3/23 Checking it out! Really, really nice Old Navy! Greeted as soon as I walked in. Very clean and organized! Great music playing too! Great clearance section as well! They still had the dress on clearance that I loved at a different Old Navy. Tried it on and didn't really like it. Super cute, but too "boxy" for me. Lol! Oh well! They still have a bunch of other great clearance items. Plus, their other clothing items great too . Also have a bunch of sweets and goodies to grab in line if you want. Ended up getting stress gummies. Love! The line was long and moved quickly. The worker was very kind at checkout! Even gave me a coupon to use next time and good day wishes! Wished a good day by another worker leaving too! =) Great service and store! Highly recommended!!”

“I went to the newer work boot store in the same shopping center and got help and found exactly what I was looking for. I had just stumbled upon this store after visiting my son at college. I had been looking for a particular boot and all I have near me in Merced is boot barn. I will definitely make the trip here for boots from now on. Wish I could remember the two that helped me . One man with a beard and a taller women. Both were awsome and very knowledgeable about there boots. I'm glad I found this store.”

“Greeted upon entering. Appreciated! Pretty chill music playing! Deals everywhere and great prices! I I ended up getting a ring since the one I have is tarnished and stress gummies. Didn't even know they existed! Something to try! I was surprised they have a workout clothes section. Lots of cute outfits! Next time! Really cute crochet wrap around crochet dress too! Greeted by multiple workers asking if help was needed. Very kind! They have elf cosmetics and all different snacks and sweets also! Checked out and the worker was great and wished a good day! Great service and store! Highly recommended!”

“The selection of clothing was good. The male employee (green hair) was wonderfully nice and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me look for a size I needed. Unfortunately, the female employee (purple hair) was just the opposite. It was clear that she did not want to be there. She should not be in a position where she interacts with customers.”

“I've never been to this store, but I had an experience so amazing I have to share. I live 1,012 miles away, in N. Idaho, so the closest Nordstrom store is 30 miles away in Spokane, WA. I visited the store and found a sweater/pullover that I absolutely loved ? I took it to the counter to see if they had my size somewhere in the store (or if I had to, order online) I had the good fortune of checking out with a young lady named Sam who searched high and low (her store, next closest store, website) to no avail. There was only 3 left showing in the inventory -NATIONWIDE. She rang up the rest of my purchases, wrote down my info from my Nordy account and said she would see what she could do. There was a line and it was late so I didn't want to hold up the show. I waited a couple days, didn't get a call so I started looking online for other retailers - the sweater was literally sold out everywhere. I looked at popular resale sites - two but neither in my size. I decided I would call the store and see if she had also given up so I could start the grieving process (LOL) I reached the manager and he confirmed the item was sold out and apologized for the inconvenience. There wasn't anything he could do. (This is all in my local-ish store, which will also get this review) I was bummed but such is life, right? One day later I get a call from Sam, she's spoken to the store manager at the Fresno, CA location, he has the sweater in hand and will sell it to me over the phone and ship it to my house. ? I was totally blown away, not even 24hrs since the store manager at my store said that "special orders from other 'Rack" stores, is not a service offered, that service is only available in Nordstrom stores. (Which was a little irritating because I have ally denim altered by Nordstrom tailors, they're the best, but add about 30% to the cost of the jeans.) Anyways, I called and spoke to Jordan in Fresno CA and my sweater is on its way! *I realize this entire review sounds very, snobbish/privileged/spoiled, but I don't often spend money on my own clothes, so when I do, I buy nice things.* I haven't received my sweater yet, but I did get confirmation of my order and a memorable experience with Sam in Spokane Valley, WA and Jordan in Fresno CA! Thank you!!”
