I went in today because I was having problems with my phone. It was my bad that I had cancelled my insurance two months ago. I spoke with Elijah and he gave me several options to make it as painless as possible. I ended up upgrading my phone and service and I'm paying appropriately an extra $20 per month. No bad considering I didn't have insurance. Elijah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was very nice. I am very satisfied the way things turned out. Thank you.

Purchasing a new phone can be very stressful and time consuming, Faye made my experience at this store in Fig Garden Village one that I hope others will have as well.

Came in to see if we would qualify for new phones our previous phone service did us dirty I’m now stuck with a $998 bill with them which I am going to pay off. But Edward helped us out with everything we walked out with 2 iPhone15s that cost $300 out the door. Also want to recognize him for how he handled multiple customers that were waiting behind us. I am glad we walked into this location
