Always having issues with them in auto service they didn’t want to fix the fuel pump recall on my vehicle and charged me $195 to diagnose my car because according to them it didn’t have to do with the fuel pump even though that’s what I took my vehicle in for. And now I tried to get a call to see the prices on new Honda civic and wasn’t given any information the lady was just acting rude giving me no information just basically acting like it wasn’t worth giving me no information. They are no long a good family company they once were very disappointed in there service.

On Wednesday I was helped by Josh the director and the Sales Manager John this is the 3rd car he has helped me with. He always does right by me and my family very patient. My sales person Michael Toft was awesome from beginning to end . He even drove and picked the car up 3hrs away . Very grateful for that so I could have my Honda Prologue sooner. Julian did a good delivery helped me pair my phone. I’ll get another car definitely from Clawson.

Ended up paying for a bunch of stuff I explicitly told them I didn't want when I bought my car. After arguing for about 30 minutes, they told me the maintenance plan & GPS was going to be "free". I said alright if it is free I'll take it and thanked them. Didn't read through everything only to find out later they charged me over $2000. Slimy practices here be careful!

Parts department charges double retail price. Nice. And I thought honda north was bad at 50% over retail. Way to extort your customers...
Update--Called today to price a bolt for my lower timing belt cover. Honda retail price is bad at $7.00 for a single bolt, but I almost dropped the phone when Clawson quoted my over $13 for the bolt. THIS should be illegal. And you wonder why people avoid dealerships like the plague.

Me and my wife the best experience with Fatima! She was very patient, helpful and kind. She made the car buying process so easy and let me and my wife take our time. She's such a kind soul and so bubbly she really made this whole process fly by without any doubt she's great. Fatima was knowledgeable about the car I leased and was willing to stay after hours to complete our purchase. I'd recommend her if you are interested in purchasing/leasing. Overall Clawson honda was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would!! ❤️

This place is terrible. They take parts off your car and tell you it’s not their fault. Never had a problem with my vehicle for the almost three years I’ve had it. Take it in for an ac issues and now I’m missing clips and the splash guard flies off. I’m a liability on road because of these guys and they make you feel stupid. This place is trash
Mind you I have never scraped the bottom of my car like they suggested. The second I take this vehicle on the highway the splash guard opens up. Sure they gave me a new one but did they mention how long it took? Three hours to put clips in and even then it’s still not complete. They must not put them all the way around or something. I know this comment is one in a million but please there’s many others like this. Do not take your vehicle here. Your splash guard will come off after word.
It also took four phone calls to get ahold of anyone when I tried to remedy the matter ALSO when I received my car after three days with them my glove compartment wasn’t connected??? Why? No idea. Clips on the weather stripping on the hood gone. Splash guard out. Please do better and if you’re a customer please choose a different location.
