Very disappointed with the service I was provided with yesterday 8/28 at my appointment with Sue Arnold. I was treated unfairly, she did not bother to look over my paperwork, she did not run my credit, she literally disqualified me by saying "I already can see you do not qualify, from the top of my head you only qualify for 225K" She was very unprofessional, very rude. I felt rushed out of her office, she did not give me the opportunity to share with her my situation and what I was looking for. I do not recommend her service what so ever.

Sue Arnold is the BEST! She will never disappoint you! Sue is amazing. I loved working with her for the past 8 years. She has made my Real Estate life easier. She has alot of knowledge in what she do that can get my clients approved for a loan when other lender can't. She's flexible and will find time for you. Im very amazed with her work. This was my first home mortgage, so first time homeowner. Sue was very helpful. She was flexible and able to guide me every step of the way. I really appreciated being able to sign documents and upload them virtually. I'm very tech oriented and cannot stand paper! Highly recommend Sue & Citywide Home Loans for you r mortgage needs.
