Amazing customer service at this branch. Big turn around and care for their customers. The branch looks someone remodeled, new signage and drive up atm. The staff is very friendly. The employees really care for their customers.

Called this location Friday. I was told that I could cash my check there since it's A citi bank check. I would have considered opening a account but with how unprofessional they are I wouldn't let them hold my money if they paid me to.... Avoid this location if you can.

Carefully with the ATMs here, twice I have deposited money and was credited the wrong amount. The second time the machine kept my money on "error". Filed a dispute and after the investigation they only credited half the amount I deposited and basically was robbed by the bank. I have closed all my accounts and credit cards and will never be doing business with this bank.

This is the only Citibank branch in the southeast area of Fresno. It's on Kings Canyon just west of Clovis Ave. There are two ATMs, one drive up and one walk up. When I've stopped in, I usually don't have much of a wait. The manager there is very nice and helpful.

Their block my business account without any reason and I talk to the manager he said we sand you notice but I am not receive any notice any email they have my phone number and I am also not receive any phone calls and now on the 21st September my due date for my truck payment and who is responsible for the money and he said your money coming back to you check under two week Who is it going to responsible for the late payment

Just terrible! Do not trust them! Absolutely unorganized, untrained and unprofessional employees. I've never had such a horrible experience with my bank. After putting up with them and their fees for years I finally closed my account. How do you just casually add an extra number to a banking transaction and blame the client? Unbelievable.
