I flew in from Wisconsin and stopped at this store were i always stop on my way in and on my way out of state. Stopped to get some backwoods a lighter and some water. All asked is if she thought they might backwoods be stale because I previously stopped here and bought a pack that was stale. Immediately she caught an attitude and kicked me out the store telling me I was never welcome again. Not the proper way to treat a loyal customer that traveled 3k miles and that loyaly stops at this location faithfully to buy drinks and other things including filling up my rental car before return on my way out to the airport. It would be understandable if I was some random being disrespectful or causing a seen. All I wanted is to insure I'm getting a fresh pack of backwoods because they are $10 plus a pack and are non returnable. Never felt so unwelcome in any gas station in the nation. Judy Jude should not be a part of the circle k team. Show bad work ethnic in a friendly customer service environment

This place is horrible they charged my debit card twice the first time and three days later three times for one transaction still fighting to get my money back they want return my calls turned it over to my bank so please check you guys receipts I only went to that store to buy cigarettes other than that don't know much about the rest of the store.

I love coming here for my snacks and drinks, but for anyone looking for a job, don’t apply here unless you wanna be ghosted, I applied and the manager told me to resubmit my application after it disappeared from the system, and despite getting an interview and calling to check on it, she never contacted me again, not even a “sorry you aren’t a good fit” or anything. Kind of scummy.

Stopped in for gas as well as a couple of items inside. Great service! They even have a gentleman outside wiping down the gas pumps….who was super friendly as well.

Why does a Circle-k need a self checkout. Can we not normalize this please. I set my stuff down with to much vigor and the cashier got angry saying I was gonna break their equipment. If me tossing a box of pizza rolls on it breaks it then they need better equipment.

I am usually such a big fan of gas stations, and I gave this one two tries before giving such a low score. On the plus side, it's a large gas station and it's next to the airport, which means minimal wait to refuel my car rental so I can catch my Friday night flight home. On the negative side, there was a line at the counter nearly to the door which meant I skipped snacks and just bought gas. I tried to get a fountain drink, too, but both Cokes ran clear, out of syrup, so no snacks nor drinks this trip. The reason for a two instead of a three, is because I depend on receipts at the pump for reimbursement and both Fridays I've been here, the pumps did not produce a paper receipt! The machine hummed like it was supposed to but then no paper came out. Also, the vacuum I tried was oddly sliced open, so I had to move to the next bay. No price was posted either, so I am truly not sure how much I was charged when I swiped my debit to turn on the vacuum!

Tried calling to see if the car wash is open again before wasting a trip, but apparently they don’t believe in answering the damn phone.

I try to call ahead of time to see if the car wash is open instead of closed down and to save time from having to drive 10-15 mins from where i live since i have a membership and theres no other circle k’s with car washes in the area besides this one but as always nobody EVER ANSWERS calls here?

Today, I bought a car wash at the pump. They had the car wash closed, and the cashier said "we can't give you your money back." I clearly had a receipt that showed I paid for a wash. He knew the wash was closed, yet they allowed that to happen. They stole my money. I'm very disappointed. Never going back.
