Just walked out of this location, afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. It's a small place with not a lot of customers. I had an unusual request regarding my auto loan, and the teller was not quite familiar with it. However, he had all the resources he needed to navigate the process and get my request fulfilled. Please trust this location with your auto loan needs!

Doesn't surprise me at all that they have a 2 star rating. I brought in a check to cash drawn from one of their account holders and they wanted to charge me a $10 fee. The manager Alex would not wave the fee! It was a $72.00 check and they wanted over 10% to cash their own check...? Ridiculous. Very poor customer service. If you have a account with chase especially if your a business owner you are a fool to think they are going to take care of your customers and vendors.... Dump them. I will not ever do business with them and you shouldn't either.

Been with chase for 2 years, the bank is usually not very busy, except these day with the pandemic you have to wait in line a bit. But the staff is always friendly and it's always clean. I've never had an issue with them and they're always able to help with what I need.

Worse Chase bank I've ever been to. Would give it a negative score if I could. The teller was completely rude and screwed up the transaction then when the manager came over to help he was even more rude and unknowledgeable then the teller if that was even possible. They charged a fee on my account when I have a waiver from fees and I had to call corporate to get it reversed as well as put in a complaint about this joke of a branch. From all the negative views I've read on here, I don't know why its still open honestly. They should shut this branch down or clean house completely and start over. I will be looking to move my business account elsewhere.

This location and bank waisted my time got up early and had to wait long time even though I had an appointment and was not told to bring certain papers and when I talk to an employee the day before he just told me to bring my ID and on top of that people were rude af, if I could rate them they would get "0" stars because customer services is key in business and they don't have no customer services skills worst, bank location in fresno I will never bank with location probably even with this bank ever because of this experience!!!

Chase proudly announced Small business week sponsorship. I went to open a small business checking account at Blackstone Chase in Fresno CA. I arrived to this bank at 5 pm on May 2nd 2018. Only 2 tellers and security guard were available. The office was empty. I was told to wait for the banker for assistance since he is on his break. One more customer was waiting for the banker ahead of me but gave up waiting at 5:20 pm. The banker showed up at 5:23pm, did not introduce himself, had no name tag. He was chewing something and asked me "What's up?". When I stated that I would like to open a small business checking account, he simply told me to come the other day since the process takes 1 hour, but the bank's closed at 6pm. This person did not verbalize any apologies. He gave me his name (Carlos, fyi) when I asked him. As a result, I left without depositing *****$ on the new account. Due to a high traffic during that time, my roundtrip took me 45 minutes. I have had three credit cards with Chase, and have been a loyal customer since 2005. I'm hesitant to advance my relationship with Chase bank after this reception.

One star for this bank because I usually I have no problems other than this branch. I have never felt like I didn't matter at a bank as I did here. There was an associate named Alexis(Gonzalez, was the last name she blurted out to me with a smirk as I looked at her name tag) that gave me an attitude after the indoor ATM clearly ate three of my checks that totaled almost $5000! I plainly asked her how we can fix the problem and she smirked and told me that I would have to sign my name on the clipboard and wait in the customer service area where the "couches" are. I asked her how long the wait was, and she said that everyone was busy. Well, she was the only one that was not busy, however, all they were paying her to do was to stand in front of the little ATM and guide customers to use it instead of talking to a real teller, which of course ultimately saves the bankers time. I admittedly agree that was my first mistake to let her deter me from what I was doing initially, but no one should be treated like this when they question where their money is or how long it will take to post, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE! I asked to speak to a manager, Peter, he was helpful and help me with requesting a review of my deposit. He made me feel better about me getting my money ASAP(he even called me later that evening to let me know the problem was fixed with my account)however, I don't think that he will reprimand Alexis in anyway so this is why she treats people like this.

I would not recommend this branch bank to any business . There is plainly a sign above one of the Windows that specifically states 'Business Transactions'. Today is the third time that I went into this bank as it was the closest to where I was working today and was told that the business line was not open and that there was only one line, even though there was a teller at the 'Business Transaction Window'. I have a business deposit to make . When I have a personal deposit I stand in that line or if there is a branch that does not have a 'Business line' I understand one line. Business is business and time is money. If they do not want a business line open then do not have a teller in the business transaction window!!!! Very poor service!

Worst customer service that I've ever experienced at a chase branch. It doesn't matter the hour, it seems that they never have enough tellers to help their customers. Whoever is the manager at this store should just check the video of the store and see how many people are in line each day... If you go inside there's at least 15-20 minute waiting time to be helped at any teller window.

Looks like today is a busy day here at chase. There is a long line and I am waiting to talk to a banker about opening an account but there is no one here. I have 3 kids so my patience is high but I can't speak for everyone. I'm okay waiting. This bank is neat and clean and the people look friensly. I don't know about their rates or service yet but when I do I'll update my review. There is coffee and water for those waiting. Nice comfy chairs as well. Light music in the background and everyone is using their "inside voices". Basic checking account is $12/month but the fee is waived if you have a direct deposit set up brining in at least $500/month or a balance of $1,500 at all times. You need 2 forms of id to start an account like a drivers license and a social security, debit card or major credit card. They do that chip technology on their cards bow so you don't actually have to slide your card, you can just scan it (at select stores only). I got a lot of info and the person I sat with was nice to me. Thanks chase!
