I went into Chase Flower Shop to order flowers for a funeral and when they asked me how they could help me I started crying and couldn't even speak. I had found what I wanted on their website and handed it to them along with the funeral information. They were so empathetic and professional and gathered all of the details they needed to allow me some time to pull myself together. They made the whole process easy and I was in and out of there a lot faster than I had anticipated. The flowers were delivered on time, and when I walked into the funeral home, they were the first thing that I noticed. It was the most beautiful half casket spray, better than the photo I had taken to them from the website. I am forever grateful to be able to honor my deceased friend with such a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Chase Flower Shop. This is the only flower shop I will be using from this point on.

I live in Taiwan and couldn't find a way to get my little sister a convenient present. Thankfully I found this flower shop and saw they take orders online there in Fresno. They did such a wonderful job, my sis loved her flower arrangement. Thank you for your service!

We've had the pleasure of doing business with Chase for over 18 years. Each and every time.. they've hit our requests "spot on" or even better.Yesterday was my daughter's 18th birthday. In the midst of the chaos that surrouds EVERYTHING involved when it comes to planning your only child's 18th birthday. I had COMPLETELY forgotten to order my daughter's first dozen roses and having them delivered to her school. (Hoping receiving them there would contribute to her feeling like a Princess for the day.)So I called Chase in a complete panic thinking I'd missed the "deadline".Brian took the call and IMMEDIATELY assured me that they could make this happen. The relief he provided was overwhelming. His sense of humor was absolutely delightful. I had requested 12 pink roses. Brian told me about another type of rose called, "Free Spirit". And coincidentally captured all of my daughter's favorite colors. I hung up the phone after placing the order still giggling from his humor (which he NEVER let distract him from the business at hand or the many reasons these flowers were so important)My daughter called me with joyful tears a couple hours later. And was BEYOND blown away by the beauty of her first dozen roses. *a priceless moment*.Thank you Brian for the countless laughs. But just as important, your professionalism and the passion I'm confident you infuse in to each arrangement. I can say with great certainty. That Chase Flowers will continue to be our "go-to" flower shop for YEARS to come.A heartfelt thank you to Brian and the rest of the amazing staff that made my daughter's birthday even more special by sharing the beauty that passion built.You guys are Rock Stars!

Because it’s Valentine’s Day and I remembered how horrible my flowers were last year and the service I received when I complained. On the back of the card sent with flowers it states that if you are unhappy with them or there is an issue call the shop. I did contact the shop because 1. my flowers arrived with no water in them. 2. The flowers were all bunched up as if they were just thrown in the vase with no rhyme or reason to them, flowers were dying for some water 3. It was a one sided arrangement similar to the ones you see for funeral which made no sense whatsoever. 4 there was no valentines colors used or even a ribbon. The owner states my bf asked for green hydrangeas and sunflowers which is why they did not do valentines colors, makes no sense I’ve seen plenty arrangements for valentines with green hydrangeas and is flowers.Anyway when I complained about my horrible flowers because the card said to do that and owner made excuses and got upset when I said the arrangement was ugly and I was disappointed. How would you feel as a woman when everyone got beautiful deliveries and yours was a huge mess. He wound up telling us to shop somewhere else which we gladly did after this. Definitely not the type of customer service or product I expected from someone who has been in business so long. Anyways here are pics of the flowers and soon as they were delivered. Sunflowers all bunched in one area. Back of the arrangement is bare and some of the flowers were already droopy

I have to say I was scared to order over the phone because of reviews but I can tell you they did an amazing job! I think I spoke with Brian and it was very last minute, I needed flowers for 2 uncles last minute within 3 hours and this flower shop did not disappoint. I honestly thought I was just going to get carnations but the arrangements our family in Fresno received were so beautiful, the picture does not do them justice and the pricing was very reasonable with it being last minute.
