I like that they have a drive thru window and ATM for your convenience so you can do your transactions without leaving your car.

Love the drive thru option but today it was backed up so I used the walk up ATM. Wow it was like a different world over there. Filthy unkept landscape with trash everywhere. Come on Chase you can do better and you should.

I placed an order for foreign currency and they failed to deliver in a timely manner. I ordered the currency on october 7 and she told me I would get it by october 11. I was told I would receive a call when my currency was ready but I or a voicemail. On october 16, I got a call from this location with no voicemail. I showed up today to check on the status of my currency and they said they shipped it back due to no response. They stated they called me 3 times and left a voicemail but I have no record of such. Now, I am leaving the country and I do not have the currency I was counting on. The rep I spoke to blamed me for not calling to check but everytime I have tried calling Chase I am always on hold for 30 up to an hour. I will be closing my accounts with them and take my business some where else.

Went through the drive thru and waited for over 40 minutes in line... gal was helping walk in guest over us and was taking her time... made me extremely late for work...I grew up in banks and know it's not an easy job but in my opinion I'd whoever is assigned to drive up should only be helping with inside guests when there is no one at drive threw

We deposited $2,000 cash into atm. All it gave us was a receipt saying call this number to insure your deposit was made. Now chase is saying we can’t see where your money went. This is a banking institution that business owners and hard working people trust everyday. You not allowed to lose money. You can’t just say we can’t find it and keep stringing us along for days on end this is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Cash is suppose to be available right away. I will be leaving a comment on each bank in the fresno area until this is resolved.
