I left Schwab years ago, hated them. They bought "my" TD Ameritrade Think or Swim and they don't compare to the old company. They are horrible as usual.

I called in and was lucky to speak with representative Aryn. She was a good listener, answered my questions, was articulate and guided me through a few of my investment options. I feel blessed to have this level of service over the phone. Thank you Aryn!

Would never recommend this business for any reason. There are far to many options that allow you to walk away from this establishment. A very poor example of customer service and business practices. You might find individual employees to be pleasant but ultimately the company left me more than disappointed.

Most disappointing Charles Schwab location I've been to. I was encouraged by an on-phone Schwab rep to visit a field office to effect a roll-over. I was in the area and used this office. Bottom line here was nope, cant help you, go elsewhere.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous to go to this location. I'm happy to say I had a fantastic experience though. Annie at the front desk was both kind and helpful. As well as diligent in answering all of my questions. I had to go in the next day too and the gentlemen there at the front desk was just as nice and efficient in his service to me.

They are very helpful at the Fresno location. I like the way they get right on a problem and they don't have any fees. Why would anyone use a broker-dealer when these guys are free?

Staff at this branch repeatedly has shown arrogant disinterest in customer service, at least for those who are new or recent. Opening a new account back in Nov. was a bit of an ordeal until a broker finally stepped in to assist. Tried last month to make appointment with broker to move funds from other brokerage houses. No follow up despite my calls on 3 separate days. The latest: Went to branch with paperwork to transfer funds from other houses and to arrange for POA. The anonymous "clerk" at the desk declined to assist with completing Schwab paperwork. Then when asked about POA, we were told we'd have to go elsewhere to notarize it. [By contrast, two local banks completed POA process without notary since both parties and i.d. were present.] After next door bank agreed to notarize it, Schwab "clerk" still wouldn't answer questions about form. Funds will not be transferred!

Sadly I referred some close to me to this office, she called was told someone would call her back... never received a call back. Opened an Etrade account and is very happy with the service

I'm content with Charles Schwab. The ability to use any ATM is a major convenience to anyone. I've enjoyed banking with them much more than Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Their fees are much lower.

Well...it's that time again, tax season. For me it means deposit $, $$$ into my account only to wait a long time to enjoy it, but at least the Government doesn't get it. American!
