I tried calling asking for help, and all they said was they're advocates were in training. And to leave my info and I would get a call back. It's been a few days now and still no call back.

This is a type of agency you have to show your self to get the help you’re needing. This is my second year with them helping me with homeless things. They are truly helpful just not helpful when I comes to answers phones lol
