A very poor vague diagnostic took three days to produce a quote for the work. Cost me $400 I've never felt this taken by a mechanic. Worst auto service I've ever received.

I got a car here not even two years ago a sky high payment now I’m having to pay for repairs spent over $1600 got my car back. Something else was wrong around a couple of days later. I’ve been without a car for a couple of days missing work. It felt like I got stabbed in the chest with a stick. I would never recommend anybody take they car there for service.

The building is pretty run down, I guess this dealership is part or own by Mercedes of Fresno. My experience it was quite annoying I did everything using the mercedes website and when I show up at the mercedes dealership they told me the car was at “their other location” I drove by like 4 times (thinking it was the wrong place) it does not look like a mercedes dealership. The building is pretty run down, the cars are not in the condition you expect them to be, everything is dirty and dusty. My guess is that this is where mercedes sends vehicles that do not meet their standards. Not saying is wrong but they should tell you this upfront. Unless you really like the car I wouldn’t waste my time there……

Went in to buy a set of wheels due to a crack in my stock wheels. They for one tried keeping my stock wheels, then when I asked for my wheels they only brought me 3 including the cracked and one removed my balancing weights then when I asked for my 4th wheel their technician threw it on the ground next to the car. Horrible service for cheap products don't recommend to anyone.

We are from out of town. Drove 3 hours for the vehicle we truly wanted at a good price. They would not hold the vehicle for us, so we started the process via text/phone the day before our drive out to Fresno in order to lock in the vehicle. With full trust in this dealer we arrived and signed contract not realizing they added zurich in which we verbally said we did not want. Added $1400 on contract. We put $20k down payment for the vehicle having an empty gas tank and was not detailed/cleaned.\nDrove back home in vehicle and right away noticed the steering was very shaky at +70mph on highway.\nRealized the add on for Zurich on contract when arrived home that night. Called Jorge and requested a revised contract or our money back. They promised to over night it, but we didn’t receive until a week later. Pressuring us to sign and return, we told them vehicle was getting a diagnostics done that same day and until we find if anything wrong with vehicle is when we will move forward. Unfortunately, repairs are needed for vehicle which amount to $1700. We advised sales manager and he agreed to pay for repairs. The dealership where the vehicle is held for repairs is required for payment prior to releasing the vehicle back to me. The sales manager of where this vehicle came from is holding this up because they are requesting to be billed by the service repair shop. While our vehicle is being held up, we the customer are suffering with out a vehicle.

I do not like going into dealerships to buy cars I always feel overwhelmed but when I went into the dealership here at Central Valley fleet I felt right at home they worked with me and did everything in their power to make sure I was ready to go with my car they even worked with my bank and made sure it was all done the way I wanted. Gamaliel was a pleasure to work with he made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Thank you again Central Valley Fleet for your service look forward to coming back again!

First off I want to say I am NOT a person who enjoys having to go through the car search and purchasing steps, however, out of all of my car buying experiences have I ever had such a smooth experience. I want to thank Audrianna for being so attentive to my needs as well as your financing department I Thank you all. Great customer support ( even when you don’t finance with them) although this spot is willing to work with you and I really appreciate that most. Clean office, Great People, Great service! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed, unless you didn’t have your coffee before hand lol which they provide too! Good luck on your auto buying ventures.
